This book is amazing. I read it in one day because I could not put it down. A part that I liked was that the alligators from the InvestiGator books, Mango and Brash, popped up at the beginning and end of the book. I also liked that the main character who also works for S.U.I.T., Cilantro the Chameleon, has a entrance to the HQ of S.U.I.T. by a telephone booth. For getting to the jail he enters 5-2-4-5 which spells out J-A-I-L like in Harry Potter when you go into the Ministry of Magic you would also go into a telephone booth and press 6-2-4-4-2 which spells out M-A-G-I-C. This book is great and if you loved the other InvestiGator books then you will love InvestiGators: Agents of S.U.I.T..

For those who stand out and those who blend in
For a comic book this is an amazing opening line. I will write this down in every notebook I own❤️
Even though I am well over age expected group for this comic I really enjoyed it. And so did my six year old daughter.
Additional bonus is the step-by-step tutorial on how to draw the main character.
Big thumbs up for this comic and I will recommend it.
Thank you to @netgalley and the publisher for this free eARC.
This is such a wonderfully new installment to the Investigators series, introducing an new character Cilantro the Chameleon! Cilantro has an issue of doing her work without carrying her investigator tools and that's just no safe, so she's been reassigned to the most mysterious part of S.U.I.T. and with a new investigation on her hands can Cilantro find a way to save the day? Warning: Filled with side-busting puns.
Story: 5/5
Characters: 5/5
Worldbuilding/Illustrations: 5/5
Thank you to Netgalley, John Patrick Green, Christopher Hastings and First Second Books for sending me a digital ARC in exchange for a honest review.
The InvestiGators series is a huge hit in my second grade class because of the fun adventures the characters go on. AGENTS OF S.U.I.T. is no exception. Follow Cilantro the Chameleon as she finally get her own assignment that is so vague she does not know what to make of it. A funny and charming spin off that children's will love just as much as the InvestiGators series. I loved reading this one with my son and will buy it for my classroom as soon as it comes out!

It is about time that Cilantro gets her own book and gets to be an agent of S.U.I.T. I really loved the message of this book. Finding your own way can be hard, especially when everyone thinks that things must be done one way. Cilantro is just such a fun character who really allows her strengths to shine and when S.U.I.T. tries to hide them, finds out that just because she does things differently doesn’t mean that it is wrong. I truly love the messages that this series brings to children, all while giving them fun situations that will keep them laughing and engaged. It doesn’t hurt that Mango and Brash do get to make a couple little cameo appearances in this book as well. I really hope that Cilantro continues to get her own adventures. I love reviewing these books they never disappoint. I have honestly started checking out the entire series from the library to get caught up. My 3-year-old even loves these books.
Thank you so very much to First Second Books and NetGalley for allowing me to read an advance copy of this title.
A big hit with my 2 girls who are huge Investigators fans. They were happy to see Cilantro getting her own stories.

Did you miss Cilantro in the recent InvestiGators books? Wonder what she's up to now that she's a secret agent? You have come to the right place!
I will give nothing away (which is hard, and you need to read this book right now), but suffice it to say there's sheep, there's bad puns, there's a serious tale about being accepted, and there's a massive twist.
Love puns? Love graphic novels? Hate conspiracy theorist tubers on YooToob? Get this book.
Thanks to NetGalley for an advance reading copy, and thanks for John Patrick Green who is expanding his InvestiGator universe. (and for probably clicking Like I my review. I get no end of "OMG!!!!" delight from that. You're a cartooning hero!).
Kids love investiGators. I am grateful there is a different plot with each story. I also appreciate that it isn’t filled with potty humor. Easy to recommend.
My eight-year-old is a massive InvestiGators fan, so we jumped at the chance to check out this spinoff -- especially since it focuses on a female character, Cilantro the Chameleon. My kid reports that the illustration style is noticeably different from Green's and that the story isn't as funny or exciting as usual -- that said, she's already read it three times in two days and I think it's growing on her! (For what it's worth, she experienced similar with the Baby-Sitters Club graphic novels, which frequently switch illustrators.) I'll definitely be purchasing it for the school's library, and I fully expect it to fly off the shelves!
Many thanks to the creators, publisher, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!
The first in a new spinoff from InvestiGators. Cilantro the Chameleon is assigned on a vague mission to the "sticks." There are reports of something there (her assigning officer is vague about everything). When she gets there, she discovers that crop circles keep randomly appearing and there are sightings of UFOs. She soon discovers it's just sheep, but then real aliens do show up!
I like the characters here, but the writing wasn't my favorite. I think it did get better as it went on, but the first 1/3 of the book was a little dull for me.
I received my copy from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
