Ultimately, I did not finish this book. The sex scenes were just too graphic for my liking and I wasn't at all expecting that when I started. I was so drawn to the story taking place in Ireland, but I didn't get more than 20% in before I called it quits.

What I read, I did enjoy - so if the open-door writing doesn't bother you, give it a go!

Honestly, so exciting to have my NetGalley review in the works!! I think was the perfect book to start with. This was a lovely character study that didn’t feel slow at any point and it definitely pulled on my heart strings. I also really enjoyed the primary romantic relationship. Our main couple feels very real and grounded. Also the side characters are adorable and funny!!

4.5 stars! This book was the perfect wanderlust, instant love that I didn’t know I needed. Carla and Eamon are truly soul mates and I loved reading the development of themselves along with their relationship together through their travels and family interactions. The sense of humor attached to such a beautiful story was the icing on the cake.

I didn’t think it was possible to love the 3rd book in this series more than the other two. Carla’s story is an emotional one where she learns what’s most important before it’s too late and when yo recognize and grab onto love when it presents itself. The landscape of her travels keeps you moving along with her until she comes home. What a great book! Thank you NetGalley for the ARC

Another wonderful story by Trish Doller. I loved that the main characters from Float Plan appear again!

Carla’s mother left when she was young, so her dad has spent every summer taking her to see National Parks. Traveling and camping gave them special memories. Now that he has dementia, her dad wants her to continue traveling the world rather than be with him in his decline. She has learned to not settle down. Carla is going to Ireland to be in the wedding of her best friend. The groom’s brother, Eamon, is picking her up from the airport. Sitting in a bar, getting acquainted, they lose track of time and need to spend the night at Eamon’s before heading out. Carla discovers that Eamon has great camping equipment that he has never used, and they decide to camp on their way to the wedding. Eamon is tired of never going anywhere and was recently dumped by his girlfriend so traveling with Carla becomes a great adventure and he is falling for her. She sees all of this as a fling. I loved their adventures, as I could picture the places they saw, the people they met, and the problems they encountered. Many were laugh out loud funny. I appreciated the concern and sadness as Carla feared she would lose her dad. The special talks with her dad were special even in his decline. Great book with wonderful characters!

I think this might be my favourite so far in this series!

I love Trish Doller. I read Float Plan in 36 hours because I was so addicted to the characters and Off the Map was no different.

I really enjoyed the setting of the Irish countryside, and the bull scene was pure perfection. The banter, chemistry and pacing were all absolutely on point. I'm recommending this to anyone who loved Float Plan!

After reading and loving Float Plan last year, I was really excited for this one! It’s a series that takes place within the same reality with characters that know each other. Float Plan is Anna’s story, The Suite Plan is Anna’s sister Rachel’s story, and this one is Anna’s best friend Carla’s story. There are definitely mild spoilers if you read this books out of order, but it’s romance… the main characters obviously get together and have a HEA. So with that in mind, you can definitely read this as a standalone! But I definitely think you should read Float Plan! It’s my favorite in this series and the love interest in this one is Keane’s brother Eamon. Full disclosure, I haven’t read The Suite Plan yet.

Off the Map is on the shorter side and follows Carla as she travels to Ireland for her best friend’s wedding. Carla is going through a tough time as she deals with her father going through dementia and is coming to term with a lot of aspects of her life. She meets Eamon so they can drive together to the wedding and the two quickly hit it off. But is this the right time for love?

At last, a fast burn romance that isn’t instalove. I thought the connection and chemistry between Carla and Eamon was great and felt quickly invested in the two. There was a few plot points I was unsure about, but overall I enjoyed it. If you liked Float Plan, you’ll likely enjoy this one too!

Another great installment about these sisters! Each book in this series has been so fun, and this was no exception. I want these characters to be real!

I love these books so much! Each and every one of them have completely wrecked me at some point, in a really good way, and this was no exception. Float Plan remains my absolute favorite, but this is a close second - Trish Doller's adult books are amazing!

A dashing Irishman, a headstrong American, and a drool worthy Landrover, Off the Map isn’t just a delightful road trip romance with plenty of spice, but a heartfelt story about embracing life and following one’s own compass in the face of grief and loss. Like a perfectly poured glass of Guinness or a trip through the Irish landscape, you’ll find satisfaction at the end, but not without a hearty dose of struggle along the way.

This book was exactly what I needed this weekend -- wanderlust, banter, and blossoming love between "real" people. I loved that the plot cut right to the chase, no slow burn here! and between real people who get drunk, smoke weed, and aren't portrayed as bad even if they consider themselves a mess. The chemistry was great, the scene building was vivid, and it was just a fun romp across the Irish countryside. I loved this more than the second in the series but not as much as the first and would put $20 down the next edition features Keane and Eamon's sister Ciara. Can't wait...I'll countdown to anything Trish Doller writes.

This was my third Trish Doller book and she keeps getting better ! I love all three of them, which all deal with heavy topics as well as romance. This one was the most escapist, with the overland travels and the funny (and sexy!) hijinks along the way. The main characters had great chemistry and the Irish settings were almost as romantic as they were. The story was a nice balance of tender, funny and steamy. I definitely recommend the series and will be reading whatever is next from this author!

Trish Doller does this to me every time, she make me cry at least once and Off the Map is no exception to that rule. She has such a lovely way of dealing with life’s big moments and has these beautiful messages as well as reminders to live life to the fullest. Pair that with amazing mini road trips through Ireland and this book had me hooked early on.

Carla is in Ireland for the wedding of her best friend Anna to Keane, from the Float plan, love it 🥰. Eamon, Keane’s brother, is escorting her to Tralee from Dublin. From the first time they meet the chemistry between them is red hot and they have this wonderful emotional connection on top of that. Furthermore, there is quite the steamy scene in the first few chapters and that steam continues throughout.

Eamon has dreams of travelling and bought a vintage Land Rover to do some off roaring trips. He is struggling to take the leap so Carla suggest a quick camping trip before heading up to his family home. They can’t quite seem to stop finding adventures once they have started but will they make it on time to the wedding? What about their connection? Can they do long distance? Do they even want to?

This book deals with some heavy life events but has a reflective and hopeful perspective on them. I did have to take some breaks when reading because the empath in me couldn’t handle all the emotions! It made me feel all the feels both in a good and a sad way. This book is full of meaning and messages! I loved seeing some of the previous characters make a significant appearance in this story. This was great read but definitely not a “light” read. Despite the heavier topics discussed in all the book, I loved this series and it will be a reread for me for sure!

This is another well-written, enjoyable romance from Trish Doller with an adventurous protagonist struggling with the death or impending death of someone close to her. I love the plots, dialog and life lessons this author has to impart. However, maybe it’s just me, but it seems like there’s a rash of books out there lately where the MC is burdened nearly to the point of disfunction by a death in the family. Death and grieving are facts of life that most people have to deal with, so I get that it’s a universal theme. However, I’m ready for a new motivating factor in romance novel MCs.

Carla Black’s life is one constant move to the next, she travels the world in her vintage Jeep Wrangler and enjoys one adventure to the next. She only has two rules: don’t do love and don’t ever go home. Eamon Sullivan is a modern-day cartographer who creates digital maps but is lost himself, he is unhappy at work, recently dumped, and just wants to find something to do. When fate throws them together as Carla is the bride of honor for her best friend’s wedding and Eamon is the best man who just happens to be the groom’s brother and they have an unlikely first meet when Carla gets hit on in a bar and kisses Eamon, things are about to spark. What was suppose to be a quick airport pickup and drive to the wedding quickly turns into various trip detours, adventures, and the chance at falling in love. Carla has lived her life constantly moving from one thing to the next, just the way her father taught her, but she’s never come home at the request of her father who doesn’t want her to see him slowly lose himself to dementia... Carla also doesn’t do love because she’s afraid that she might have dementia down the line and doesn’t want to do that to someone. But the more Eamon and Carla get to know each other and open up to each other the more they begin to fall. Carla is living in a few days... and Eamon is determined to finally start traveling themselves... can they make it work or is this just a fling? This was a sweet read and I adored that we got to see the couple from the first book and follow them into this one too, I really enjoyed the writing and story of this one just as much as I did the first book. Carla and Eamon were a great couple with good chemistry, both of them are trying to find their path and they truly see each other. The story was sweet and the romance was well done for how fast it was occurred between them. Overall, it was a great read and I would definitely recommend reading both the first book and this one!

I absolutely LOVED this book! This could be my favorite of the series. It was beautifully written, the details on the scenery of the traveling through Ireland made it easy for me to imagine being there. This novel played out like a movie in my head.
I love Eamon, loved Carla and Biggie! Loved that Anna & Keane are back in this one. A definite must read.

Trish does it again!! Read this book in less than 48 hours. Pulled me right in from the beginning. Trish is one of my favorite authors. I’ve read just about everything she has written. 5 stars!! I have gotten a lot of my book friends reading her as well. Always recommending her to different people I meet and everyone agrees with me.

Adventure, emotional depth and witty banter, this book hits all the marks! I knew 25 pages into this book that it would be my favorite of the year!
