The book promises to be a lot about biases and blind spots that can be impediments for an individual or an organization. The book is structured quite well, with three leves. Starting from individual to relational and then organizational. There are plenty of sub elements within each and a handy reminder to think of what it means for you. There are also cool graphics to indicate each topic.
I was expecting a lot more in terms of cognitive biases and traps, which are definitely there but sparingly. The book is indeed useful for one to be aware of issues that one may unwittingly be experiencing/creating in the organization and how to take care of it.
I think the book will be good in general to readers in organizational contexts, not for those specifically looking at details in each area.
