Such a fun read! Not to mention hot hot hot! Winter time romance with a snow storm are almost always a great pick up to cozy up to and this one is no different. This author writes tons of books and never misses on a great story.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book provided by NetGalley.
I loved the characters. This was a good book, though predictable. A story of love, support, and acceptance. I would give it 3 stars.
This book was well written and had tons of heart.. unfortunately it seemed very short and had some overdone scenes.
This was a fun short read that I enjoyed and have since then seeked out other books by the same author. Thank you to NetGalley & publisher for my copy.
This is a good book. The two main characters are Brea and George. Brea is going to her family for Christmas, but a storm and car problems cancels that. So she goes to George’s house and knocks on the door for help. All George wants is to be alone, but Brea needs help. They each have issues but together they work them out and fall in love.
Thank you to Netgalley and Relay Publishing for the opportunity to read and review this novella.
As someone who has recently had some difficulty reading, this was definitely something that I needed to read. If you are looking for a Christmas novella romance with two protagonists having vastly different family life and a small fame trope with some witty banter this is for you. Content warning for verbal abuse and virginal sex. My only issue with this one is that I was not a fan of how the perspectives shifted with the characters as far as writing. Because of these points, I have to give this a 4 out of 5 stars.
This was the perfect, short pace, spicy romance, with the same predictable twists but with the deep character understanding that made the story fun and enjoyable.
This book was sent to me electronically by Netgalley for review. Thanks to the publisher for the copy. What a great book! The author has a great gift for characterisation - nuanced, interesting, believable people but created with a charming lightness of touch. Lots of pulse pounding moments too!
A short and sweet romance, ofcourse it was predictable but it was still very enjoyable. I read this in less than 1 hour and loved it
A big thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This was a very quick read. Pretty predictable but still cute. I liked the characters Brea and George even the dog Colby. 3 stars
Love a good forced proximity read!
I read this book in just a few hours, couldn't put it down.
It's Christmas Eve, and Brea Nelson is driving in a terrible snowstorm to be with her family. While listening to the radio she hears that billionaire playboy George Clark has been shot, and is hiding out somewhere. After Brea's car ends up stuck, she wanders out in the storm to find a phone, and shelter. She knocks on the first door she finds, and who happens to be the home owner? None other than George Clark himself!
This story is told within less than 24 hours - though I was happy to read the epilogue to get a little of their future! I would have liked to have seen a bit more at the end, like Brea's ex & mom's reaction to her new boyfriend. I liked Brea & George's progression, opening up a little more and more to each other as the night went on.
There were a few things that didn't quite make sense to me - Brea's dating history & George's issues with his parents - but I still enjoyed this book a lot!
A gorgeous romance to escape into with all the elements that make reading romance novels so enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! 5 stars
I like the overall story of this book.! I just felt like a lot was left unsaid and I wanted more details on their past. Overall I enjoyed it
I received this book via Netgalley for my honest review
I would rate this book 3 out of 5. I was okay its was a very quick read. The plot was great overall and I kept wanting to know more but I felt like a lot was left unsaid as to the background of each character and their wasn't that many, the ending was tied up very fast and left me with more questions as to reactions of other character . The main character has great chemistry early on, but still was a little bother by main character back and forth with her reaction to male character. She liked him and then she didn't. Would recommend for a quick read to anyone who would like a good Christmas story, I love how main character bonded over their Christmas stories.
Snowed in With The Billionaire by Leslie North was a quick paced steamy romance. Brea Nelson was on her way home to her parent's house during a particularly bad snowstorm when her car goes off the road into an embankment and she is stuck. She just happens to show up at the doorstep of the womanizer billionaire, George Clark, who is hiding out after being shot at while leaving an event. Can Brea crack through the arrogant cold facade of Mr. Clark?
I really enjoyed this book. It was an instalove grumpy billionaire read. It took place over Christmas, which was a sweet addition that I think helped progress the storyline. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes quick instalove or grumpy rich guy genres. I can't wait to read more by Leslie North.
Brea got stranded on her way to spend Christmas with her parent. It was a shock to her she discover the owner of the home that she take refuge is a billionaire who went into hiding. George have a reputation for being a rich playboy entrepreneur. George have his own opinion on how he wanted to live his life and felt that family will be an obstacle for him in life and this has draining him physically, emotionally and financially. While George is successful, Brea come as a total disappointment to her parent and her mother make it known to her. While waiting for the blizzard to clear, both Brea and George open to each other and get to know each other. Slowly, their attraction grows.
Love the the tension between both George and Brea and the message that this book is all about, i.e there are someone out there that is perfect to us. All we need is not to give up looking for this special person. Overall it is a great read to me.

As I've come to expect from Leslie North books, SNOWED IN WITH THE BILLIONAIRE did not disappoint.
Leslie North writes steamy and heartfelt romances that I can binge-read in a day (two if I start it late in the day like this one).
I loved Brea and George. Brea is on her way home to see her family for Christmas when she ends up in a ditch in a snowstorm. Not dressed for the weather, she hikes to a nearby house in the woods, happening to belong to billionaire George. At first, he's suspicious of her and isn't all too happy about someone invading his private space, but the two of them warm up to each other as the night progresses.
Watching Brea and George get to know each other was sweet but I think I would have liked more of the romance. But either way, I loved this book and am eager for more of Leslie's billionaire books!
One word - unputdownable. Once I started to read this book there was no way I was going to stop. I thought the characters were wonderfully depicted. The story had a really fast pace to it which kept me turning those pages well into the night. I thought the everything about this book was brilliant, including the love at first sight romance - swoon!
I thought this book was really good and I shall look out for more books by this author.
Another wonderful story by a talented author! The story is entertaining and pulls you in right from the start. Brea sets out to spend the holidays with her family but she gets caught in a big storm. Having car complications, she is forced to take refuge in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. The cabin belongs to George Clark, a ruthless and famous CEO, who has a cold and rude demeanor. He has had a near death experience and decides to stay out of the limelight, so he isn't looking forward to having a guest in his cabin for the holidays. But when Brea stays with him, he can't deny that they have a connection, and once the sparks lights between them, it doesn't stop burning.
I liked how the characters were well-developed and I became invested in their story from the beginning. The storyline had a nice flow and the plot twists kept me turning the pages. The story has a nice combination of romance, drama, and intrigue and it was a very entertaining and enjoyable story.
I received a complimentary copy from Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.
