David and Hannah have been married a few years, but she still feels like she does not fit in with his friends that were also friends of his late wife Katherine. They decide they would like to have a baby, but Hannah would need donor eggs. David tells her that his late wife Katherine also went through IVF and her eggs are frozen and has high hopes that she would consider using them.
This was such a great story. I was emotionally invested. I thought this book was a thriller, but I was so wrong. I am happy to say I finished it rather quickly. The writing is really great and that helps also make it a quick read. If you are looking for a great story, I highly recommend this one, but be prepared to shed a few tears along the way.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Bookouture for my ARC in exchange for my honest review.
