The Truman Quest is an exciting sci-fi adventure that follows Truman as he faces dangerous challenges in a futuristic world. The story is fast-paced with lots of action and surprising twists. Truman’s determination and growth make him a relatable hero. The world-building is interesting, though sometimes a bit complex for quick reading. Fans of space adventures and quests will enjoy this thrilling ride. A solid choice if you like stories about courage, friendship, and fighting for what’s right.

D.S. Bruce's debut novel is stunning. Reading it whipped up an emotional hurricane inside me. I am still breathless and windswept.
The author leapfrogs between genres, changing tone and style. The plot is innovative, absolutely crazy, and utterly believable. The craziness is superficial hiding a profound sanity.
Gary Leary is a cockney wide boy, now living in Brookdale-on-Sea (a fictional Devon town) and a down-at-heel private investigator. His teenage nephew, Raymond, is just beginning to realise what it means to be human. The sea change in their relationship forms the backbone of the story. A story which made me laugh, and cry, and question the state of my own humanity.
