A simple book full of powerful mantras and invitations to use those mantras to shift ideas, make change and otherwise invite calm into one's life. The illustrations are also lovely. I appreciate the guided steps to take after reading the mantras, to get oneself into the practice of putting them to work.

A handy little book, one you could keep on you as you travel or work, you can use each day and take some time out with these little affirmations. It’s a positive little read

I enjoyed the Calm book. As I continue in this life journey mindfulness and calm are areas of most interest to me. You can read a little bit each day and take some time for yourself these little affirmations are positive and refreshing. . Take a few minutes each day to read a bit and enjoy the illustrations. The topics may be familiar but they still are helpful reminders of things to ponder and ways to live one’s life. There are four sections, Mindfulness, Calm & Ground, Release and Surrender.

Calm by Elicia Rose Trewick is a sweet little book to buy yourself as a Christmas present. Not sure if it would make a good gift as most people aren't open to many of the practices and techniques given in the book. For those who already practice some forms of meditation, self-care, or journaling - this book can be great when you run out of ideas (which can happen quite happen). On the other hand, most of the exercises are too simplistic/obvious. At best, they only serve as reminders with nothing new or unique to offer for those already on the path of self-improvement.

Such a soothing book. This would be perfect to start or end your day reading a passage from this book. Tranquil colors and illustrations.

I really enjoyed this book, filled with daily affirmations, perfect to just read a few pages before bed. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me an advance copy, I will definitely be recommending.

If you're anxious and worry about Things in your life, read this book for a few minutes and meditate. This book is filled with positive affirmations that will help you to be calm and relax. It has four sections: Mindfulness, Calm & Ground, Release, and Surrender. It has flower illustrations next to the affirmations. However, the resolution of the illustrations is low and the chosen font type tires my eyes. But the design of the cover is great. It would make a nice handbook.

This would make an excellent bedside book or gift. The daily affirmations were excellent. They were different lengths; some short and sweet and others were a bit longer. There was something for everyone within this book. It is an excellent collection of meditations, mindfullness, and safe advice.

I definitely need all the books in this series. They are life changing. The author is a huge changing force for me.

I appreciate all the efforts the team has put in this series. I love this one as most days I need something else more than just tea and sleep to calm down as I tend to be a workaholic seven days of the week.

Love the book inside out. The colours. The quotes. The pages. The exercises. Everything!

I really enjoyed this little book, filled with daily affirmations. I also liked the prompts to put those affirmations into action in your daily life. This would be a great gift for a friend.

What a lovely collection of affirmations. The language is accessible, easy to read and understand. At times, your head can’t cope with anything heavy, and this book has little snippets of positivity, reminders, uplifting messages, all when you need them most. They vary in length, but are never too long or too heavy to manage, even on your worst days. You can read in order, or delve in at random - either way, you’re going to read something helpful that speaks to you. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed reading every single affirmation in this book. I didn't feel I needed the advice that accompanied it, the affirmations were more than enough for me, but I appreciate the effort the author put in including this.

Calm, what a way to feel and a state that seems hard to find for many. This book of affirmations may just help. Take a few minutes each day to read a bit and enjoy the illustrations. The topics may be familiar but they still are helpful reminders of things to ponder and ways to live one’s life. There are four sections, Mindfulness, Calm & Ground, Release and Surrender. Each has good entries. I liked this collection that may be read in any order or just dipped into at random.
