The Solo Pastor provides insights for those considering the role of becoming a small church pastor. Build around a series of imaginative conversations, it explores the issues a small church pastor would face.
Having lived the role of a small church pastor, some of the advice is useful and correct, while over pieces are irrelevant or conflicting with earlier advice. It does little to support the small church pastor, and is not direct enough to assist those considering the role.
