Another amazing story from a brilliant storyteller. This is the last book in the series, about a disfunctional family, the 3 adult kids each have a book in the series. This one is about Lucas and his perspective of their family, his struggles and demons. His journey wasn't always pretty, but he grew into the good man everyone around him knew he was, even if he doubted himself. Nice ending to the trilogy.
I've had the pleasure of reading the entire "No More" trilogy by Kerry Lonsdale, and I'm thrilled to say that No More Secrets is a satisfying conclusion to this emotional and suspenseful series. The Carson siblings have been through a lot, and it's been a wild ride watching them navigate their complicated family dynamics and dark secrets.
No More Secrets is Lucas's story, and it's been fascinating to see him grow and develop as a character throughout the book. At the beginning, he's struggling to find his place in the world, but by the end, he's found his purpose and is finally at peace. I particularly loved Lucas's relationship with Shiloh - it's a beautiful example of second chances and redemption.
One of the things that's really impressed me about this series is the way Kerry Lonsdale weaves together multiple storylines and plot points. Each book has built upon the previous one, revealing more pieces of the siblings' past and slowly unraveling the mysteries that have haunted them. It's been a real page-turner, and I loved seeing everything come together in this final book.
Of course, this is definitely a series that needs to be read in order. Without the background knowledge of Olivia and Lily's stories, it would be hard to follow the plot points and character development. But if you're willing to invest in the series, you'll be richly rewarded. I'm sad to see the Carson siblings go, but I'm excited to see what Kerry Lonsdale will write next.
Overall, I highly recommend No More Secrets (and the entire "No More" trilogy!) to anyone who loves a good family drama with plenty of twists and turns. It's a story that will stay with you long after you finish reading it.
This was such a great book! I read it in one sitting!! I would definitely recommend this book to all my family and friends. I was on the edge of my seat with this book. I thought I had it figured out and as usual I didn't!!
Once again, I enjoyed this book by Kerry. It was the final one in the series which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Of the three books, though, this was my least favorite. She is an author I will consistently read.
Kerry Lonsdale is the queen of familial dramas and creates characters who are not at all who readers might expect them to be, which goes both from bad to good and good to bad. It's always a thrill to read one of her new works.
It is hard for me to be negative about this book and the author because I like so many of her books but this was a rehash of book 1 and book 2. I skimmed through most of it
Easily the best book of the trilogy! Lucas’s story is what Lonsdale fans have been waiting for!
Lucas Carson never wanted his life to turn out the way it did. He couldn’t seem to get affection from his father, so he tried acting out to get his attention. One of these occasions goes wrong and he winds up serving a six-month stint in a juvenile detention center that add far more scars than he came in with. Traumatized by his experience, he shuts everyone else out of his life, even his sixteen-year-old pregnant sister Lily who is thrown out of their house.
Years later while living life in nowhere, he stumbles across a young runaway named Shiloh. Lucas can’t help but see Lily when he looks at her and decides to help her to make amends for his past. He can’t risk a run in with the law because of some other acts he has done, but he feels he must help her out.
I have loved each book in this series, but this one really takes the cake. I fell in love with Lucas’s story. In the first two books, he is so standoffish that you can’t really take him seriously as a character, but now readers get to see his true self. This is a story of redemption and love, though not romantic. I love how everything tied up at the end, especially with their mother, and hope that there is a future story where readers can find out more about the characters lives as they live them out.
There is quite a bit of language as well as some sex scenes throughout. I recommended this book for mature readers. It could be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the previous two books in the series first!
The 3rd in this trilogy of a dysfunctional family with secrets. i have enjoyed this series and the author ended it satisfyingly. Well written.
Many thanks to Lake Union Publishing and to Netgalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.
Kerry Lonsdale does it again! The third and final book of the No More series gives us all of the dark and twisty moments we crave with a side of romance and family dysfunction too. This books really ties everything together and provides the closure I always hope for in a series. I personally enjoyed hearing more about Lucas’s story and seeing the rest of the storylines come full circle as well. Well done!
What do you expect or want from a book before you start reading ?
I want to be kept on my toes in anticipation of what will happen next.
I want that can’t stop won’t stop feeling when I know I should really only read just “one more chapter”
And ultimately I want characters who feel real and relative .
Well…

A young man seeks redemption from his past in the third novel from the No More trilogy by Amazon Charts and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Kerry Lonsdale.
After serving six months in a juvenile detention center, Lucas Carson returns home irrevocably changed by what happened there. Traumatized, Lucas shuts himself out from everyone he loves, even his younger sister, Lily, who ran away from home when she was pregnant at sixteen. When Lily resurfaces years later, Lucas can’t cope with his guilt about not being there for her. He takes off, only to cross paths with Shiloh Bloom—fifteen, homeless, and, like Lucas, escaping the past.
All Lucas sees in her is the little sister he neglected. Believing this is his chance to absolve past mistakes, he takes Shiloh in. He gives her food and shelter. She gives him a purpose. Together they invent a background for her and form a bond. But the risk of discovery grows. Lucas’s sisters aren’t the only ones looking for him. So are Shiloh’s mother and the police. If Lucas wants to heal and have a future, he must stop running and face everything he’s left behind.
Another winner from Kerry Lonsdale. This third book in the series was as good, if not better than the first two.
Thank you to the Publisher and Netgalley for an ARC.
Book 3 in the No More series picks up with Lucas Carson.
After running, Lucas is down and out and finds himself scraping by. When a young homeless girl, Shiloh Bloom, catches his attention, he knows something is about to change. He didn't help his sister Lily when they were younger but maybe he can make amends now.
Another good book by Kerry Lonsdale!
I've fallen in love with the dysfunctional yet loving Carson family and I can't believe my time with them is over. This is the story about Lucas and events from his perspective. I think it's my favorite. I adored his journey with Shiloh and his personal revelations along the way. The character growth in both of them is so beautifully written and stunning to read. I love how Kerry brought the events in all three books full circle and created a satisfying sense of closure for me, the reader. This is one of my favorite trilogies ever and I will read it again and again.
NO MORE SECRETS by Kerry Lonsdale is the third installment in the series and is told from the brother’s perspective. He is a mess but he has a good heart and he figures out how to work through the holes in his soul through the power of family and forgiveness. I did appreciate his journey and look forward to more writing from Lonsdale.
No More Secrets is the third and final book in the "No More" series. This book focuses on Lucas' story.
Lucas isn't the most likeable character at the start but he does have his good points. Lucas is running from guilt and life and living in a remote area helping and elderly Ivy run her store/hotel. He's been thinking about leaving town until he meets Shiloh, a teenager on the run and decides to help her.
The perfect ending to the series. I loved the relationship between, Luc and Shiloh, Luc and Ivy and the three siblings. They are what family is all about.
I've enjoyed every book I've read by this author and loved this series.
Thanks to netgalley and Lake Union Publishing for the arc.
No More Secrets is the third and final novel in Kerry Lonsdale's "No More" trilogy.
This well-written mystery series focuses on a dysfunctional family and their dark (it seems never ending) secrets.
With a blend of family drama, romance and suspense this trilogy wraps up nicely with No More Secrets.
Thank you to NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing for an arc of this novel in exchange for my honest review.
This is the third and final book in an amazing trilogy. We have Lucas’s story here and it was powerful to finally learn the story of this elusive character. After learning about his sisters in this first two books it was great to tie up the series from Lucas’s perspective. Lucas is very complex and his story is heartbreaking, raw, and inspiring. The new character of Shiloh is amazing and it was wonderful to have her POV and to witness her impact on Lucas’s life. Shiloh also has a disturbing and important story to tell. Overall this was a great book and a satisfying conclusion to this domestic suspense series. This can be read as a standalone but to get the backstory and to connect with and understand all three siblings I would suggest you read the series in order.
Thank you to my partners, NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing, and the author, Kerry Lonsdale. I appreciate the gifted eARC, and I am leaving this review voluntarily!
This was my favorite of the No More series, although all of them are fantastic! And just as I was about halfway through the book, I saw that Kerry is releasing FOUR new chapters on her website on Monday 😱
🏃♀️- Me running to finish this ASAP - 🏃♀️
1. Guilt - Lucas’s whole life has been filled with guilt for not helping his sister, Lily, when he knew she desperately needed it. It is evident how much pain and hardship that guilt has brought down on him.
2. Redemption - Lucas is able to find a way to redeem himself for so much that he blames himself for. Shiloh comes into his life at just the right time. She truly is his “Sunshine Girl” 💕
3. Found Family - This sure is a common theme throughout this series. I absolutely love that each of the Carson siblings was able to overcome their own dysfunctional family and find some of their own to keep close at heart.
4. Pain And Anguish - Tears were flowing when Lucas was finally able to share his demons with his sisters. The amount of despair in his past is astounding and the torment that it took on his life was agonizing to feel alongside him.
5. The End - It is always bittersweet to reach the end of a series that is so great. We definitely feel the peace that the Carson siblings deserve and that is the best way to finish….although, as I stated earlier, I am so curious to see what those new chapters are going to bring!
What a fabulous ending to an amazing trilogy! I love all her books but these three were something special! You will fall in love with all the characters from the start!
I really enjoyed the No More trilogy! I felt the emotions of each character and rooted for each one (well, not exactly everyone!). There was so much going on in this book and each twist had me anticipating the resolution. It is always good when you get to an unexpected ending!
