*received for free from netgalley for honest review* What an amazing read. I really love reading memoirs and while this was a hard read for most of it, it was an important read to say the least. Would recommend and reread.

A memoir of a Sudan refugee escaping death to face other horrors. Having to pull worms from her feet and being used for a food quota, Achut never gives up. How much more will this young girl be expected to endure? "Maybe the world only cares when they see."
