Such a great read! The writing was wonderful, the banter, the tension and spice was fantastic! I love how we were able to slowly watch Miles fall in love with Lucy! I was obsessed with the combination of a slow burn romance, traveling, bets, and plenty of hilarious moments!
I think a little more background and other information could’ve been added towards the plot but overall this was a perfect fun, quick, and spicy read!

Lucy's had enough of her unrequited crush on her oblivious, chaotic boss, and gives in her notice to become a social media influencer. Miles suddenly finds himself in a complete mess without his assistant, and is willing to do just about anything to get her back.
I do like a road trip story, and this is a fun example of the genre, complete with a vintage Airstream, an impulsive bet, and some weird and wonderful stops on Route 66. Lucy and Miles both have their insecurities and flaws, and develop a relationship despite their best intentions; their banter is crisp and funny, and you can't help but root for them both. A quick, light read.

Whimsical, light, clever read.
'Miles and Miles of You' makes me want to take a cross country road trip! I have always wanted to travel across the U.S. in a camper, and I got to live that dream vicariously through Lucy Gonzalez. Lucy works as an executive assistant for tech billionaire, Miles Hart. After two years of working for him and crushing on him, she decides that she has had enough of her job. She is underappreciated and overworked, and she decides to begin a new adventure. Lucy decides to take her grandmother's airstream and take a trip across America by traveling on Route 66.
Her boss, Miles, shows up at her house, and he begs her to return to work. He is lost without her, and he really wants her help again. She rejects his offer, and he decides to join her on this trip. She is shocked, but she goes along with it, as long as he follows her rules. Lucy plans to start an account called The Savvy Traveler, and she wants to become a travel influencer. When Miles joins her, he has to adhere to her rules: no upgrades, no luxury hotels, and no fancy restaurants. Everything must remain on a budget and they must stick to the plan.
As they begin their two week trip, Lucy fights her feelings for Miles, just as Miles begins to develop feelings for Lucy. He sees her in a new light, but they both keep their feelings to themselves. Can they make it through the entire two weeks without acting on their feelings?
This was such a fun read because it combines traveling with romance. I was excited to find out that this is the first book in a series about Miles and his two brothers. I look forward to reading about their adventures too.
I would recommend this book for anyone looking for a fun romance about two people who are perfect for each other, if only they could just admit it to themselves and each other.

This book was everything I wanted it to be. It had me turned pages without even realizing. It was so good!
Lucy Gonzalez has been secretly in love with her self-absorbed boss for two years. Finally, she’s had it. She gives him two weeks’ notice on a signed post-it note and starts planning the next steps of her life. Miles doesn’t believe his admin assistant will leave him, so he doesn’t worry about a replacement. After a week of chaos, he packs a bag and invites himself along on Lucy’s Rte. 66 road trip. She hopes to start a new career as a travel influencer, and he hopes to get his assistant back.
This was a quick, fun, and spicy read. I loved the banter between Miles and Lucy and enjoyed reading about all the trouble the two got into. It was an entertaining read with a dual POV, which is my favorite.

I was totally pulled in by the description of this book because it reminded me of “The Wall of Winnipeg and Me’ by Mariana Zapata (one of my favorite books) and I have been craving a book of the same plot.
Right off the bat, I was wary about this book because the beginning chapter ends with Lucy quitting over the smallest display of disrespect. The first two chapters went by lightening quick and I was letting it slide because 1) I connected with Lucy’s emotion and was excited to get more in-depth with it and 2) thought the author was going fast to get to meatier plot.
She wasn’t really. It was just quick to be quick. Which is sad, because there was SO much that could have been explored in those first two chapters! For instance, after finishing the book, there could have been SO MANY more displays of Lucy getting disrespected of under appreciated performing her job. She worked for this man for two years and her final straw was him not listening to her morning briefing. And that was really all we saw. If the whole plot is centered around her under appreciation and invisibility to Miles, I needed so much more than that.
Another problem I had was the consistency of Lucy and Miles’s characterization. I felt like their personalities would change/bend depending on what the author wanted a short scene to be. Example: we are told that Lucy is a person who plays it safe (which is a huge part of the third act argument, so it makes it even worse that this was a problem). However, while driving, instead of stopping at a gas station she puts faith in driving 60 miles on less than a quarter tank of gas...even after Miles points out that their gas is low. That’s just one example, and it sounds small, but was honestly pretty annoyed while reading it.
Despite my many problems with the story structure, pacing, and characterization, there were some really great parts about the book:
- Though it could have been explored a lot more, Lucy’s angst and feelings toward Miles were well-done and made me feel for her greatly.
- Miles’s nicknames for Lucy tugged on my heartstrings EVERY time!
- Miles’s slow progression of falling in love with Lucy was lovely and so subtly done (the bathroom scene). I loved the way the author utilized “showing not telling” for a lot of his moments.
- Their physical moments were SO good! Wonderful writing. It felt very original to the author and not just a copy-paste smut scene! I loved it!
Thank you so much NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review!
Miles and Miles of You by Jennifer Bonds was a cute, funny. and so just so much fun!
The writing was incredible and made it easy to connect with Lucy.
Miles and Lucy are incredibly cute and so amazing together.
Their chemistry was perfect.
I thought the story line was well developed and the book was written really well.
I truly enjoyed reading and seeing Lucy and Chris together.
This was such a heartfelt romance with plenty of character growth and personality.
It was absolutely delightful to read especially when you just need something to make your heart happy.
If only I could go back in time and read this book for the first time again!

Entangled/Amara,
Thank You for your generosity and gifting me a copy of this amazing eARC!
I stayed up way too late to finish this book. It is a fun and cute road trip rom com starring Lucy and Miles. Lucy worked for two years as Miles' rarely "seen" assistant, spending much of that time secretly in love with him. Finally fed up, she quits and somewhat on a whim, decides she is going to seek fame and fortune as a travel blogger. Miles doesn't believe Lucy will really quit - until his life falls spectacularly apart after only one week without her. He tries to lure her back with more money, she sticks to her guns. Thus the bet - who will cave first if they undertake Lucy's planned spontaneous road trip together?
The road trip details are fun, and the chemistry between Lucy and Miles sizzles. It is fun to watch him wake up to the gem that Lucy is. I was slightly taken aback by how young Lucy is - she is only 23 - but I let it go to focus on the story. I loved the secondary characters (I hope Miles' brothers will each get their own books!) and the ending scene was just so sweet. This is a new author for me, and I will definitely pick up additional books by her. 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a complimentary ARC of this book. The opinions herein are entirely my own.
A fun road trip romance!
When Lucy finally has enough of her boss not appreciating all she does for him and his company, she quits to become an Instagram travel influencer. Within one week, Miles realizes it was a mistake to let her go, so he invites himself on her first road trip in an attempt to convince her to come back to his company.
Flirty banter keeps the story going as they experience the fun sights and activities on Route 66!
Thanks to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for my honest review. Watch for Miles and Miles of You to come out November 7, 2022.
Miles and Miles of You is such a fun book about opening up to new experiences in multiple ways. Miles, the rich technology boss has made his admin Lucy feel so invisible she quits…which throws Miles’ life into chaos. He tracks her down and on a bet joins her on a two week trek traveling the length of Route 66. The settings are nostalgic, the banter delightful, and the attraction might be getting hot, but can Miles last long enough to lure Lucy into returning as his highly organized assistant? One thing is for sure. Once you start reading you will not want to stop. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.
A over-stressed personal assistant who has been harboring a two year long crush on her rich boss decides enough is enough and leaves in order to pursue her dreams of becoming a travel influencer... except her boss is determined to get her back. Lucy Gonzalez is stressed and has had enough of being under appreciated and invisible to Miles Hart, so she decides to turn in her day of notice, pack her bags, and travel in her grandma’s vintage airstream with the goal of traveling to the best places to find cheap eats and do some sightseeing on a shoe string budget. Miles Hart thinks he is good at reading people and being a people person, but when his personal assistant suddenly leaves his life crumbles within a week. Missed meetings, calls, and just simple laundry are all up in flames because he didn’t realize that without Lucy his life is a mess, so he decides to call her on her bluff of being a travel influencer and offers her a deal: he’ll double her pay and hire her her own personal assistant if she comes back, she refuses, so Miles does what any sensible person does, he invites himself onto her road trip and makes a bet with her: if she can do the road trip and last he will give her the bonus pay and he’ll leave her alone, if she doesn’t make it, she’ll come back to work for him. What Miles begins to realize on this trip is that he never really knew Lucy at all and that this beautiful sassy woman is in fact everything he could want... yet Miles has a “no real relationship” rule and is strictly a one night stand kind of guy. Will he be able to see that he’s falling in love with Lucy or will he realize it too late and lose her for good? This was a pretty cute road trip book! Miles and Lucy were fun characters and I definitely felt for Lucy that Miles should have definitely groveled more. Miles’ fear of falling in love due to his childhood definitely make sense to why he refuses to fall in love and why he refuses to be with Lucy... yet everything he does says he’s in love with her, too bad he’ll have to realize that on his own and if he’s too late Lucy will be gone for good this time. This is the perfect read for anyone who enjoys a road trip rom com!

I love road trip romances and this one was amazing! I don’t like when the fmc falls first, but how could I not like Lucy as a character? Miles and Lucy were the definition of fun and flirty! I definitely cannot wait to read more books by Jennifer Bonds!
Thank you NetGalley and Jennifer Bonds for an ARC copy of this book. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This book is so freaking cute!!
I love a romance book with a dual POV. It made the book so much more interesting that we got to see Miles slowly realize his feelings for Lucy.
Also the word play "Miles and Miles of you" and the main male character is names Miles.... genius!
That spicy scene in the Love Shack Motel was perfection!
Fun and funny, this one is a must read. When Lucy has had enough of her clueless boss, who she's had a crush on forever, she quits to start a travel blog. Miles thinks she's joking and soon finds out she wasn't when his chaotic life implodes. No one can take her place, so he coerces her to go along with her maiden trip. Along the many miles they travel, Miles starts to see Lucy.
I loved the relationship between Lucy and Miles - at times I laughed out loud. There were also some poignant moments that gave the story depth. Fans of the genre will love this novel and want to put it at the top of their TBR list. The author is on my must read authors' list.
