his journal is a treasure trove for anyone looking to deepen their connection with nature and explore the magic within themselves. The first thing that captivates you is the stunning illustrations—each page is a work of art that draws you into a world of calm and contemplation. It's so beautifully crafted that it would make a wonderful gift on visuals alone.
But this journal is more than just a pretty face. It's packed with thoughtful prompts that inspire deep reflection and a stronger connection to the natural world. Divided into the four seasons, each section offers unique meditations and questions that guide you through introspection, helping you cleanse your spirit and cultivate mindfulness. The Autumn section, in particular, resonated with me, encouraging me to write letters to the rain and explore areas where I can be more patient and thoughtful—exercises that were both meaningful and transformative.
This journal is perfect for anyone who loves nature, journaling, and wants to infuse a bit of magic into their daily life. The dark-toned illustrations by Selcha Uni add an enchanting layer of mystery and serenity, making the journaling experience even more special. The prompts are not just about self-care; they explore magical themes and mindfulness in a way that is both insightful and welcoming.
Whether you're new to journaling or a seasoned pro, this journal offers an incredibly calming and introspective experience. It's a beautiful, well-crafted guide that will help you connect with the magic of the world around you and within you. I can’t wait to gift this to others who are on their own self-care journeys—it’s truly a gem.
This was a great book, with a slight skew - because it's a guided journal, it gives you prompts. The prompts are great, and I discovered a lot about myself - but this doesn't do well as an ebook. If you buy this one, buy a physical copy. Still, 4 stars - I really enjoyed the prompts, illustrations, etc.
What's not to love about a journal.. I had to transfer this into my own notepad but it's a good journal..
Beautifully illustrated, this is a wonderful journal, one I liked so much I will be purchasing a physical copy, a wonderful spiritual book
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Lovely illustrations and lovely, interesting prompts -- of course, this does not fare well as an eBook but it's an ARC so, so be it! If you need some guidance down the path of connecting with the bigger universe, I think this would be quite nice in physical format.
There were interesting journaling prompts but I did find it not very suitable as an ebook (for obvious reasons)
The illustrations were beautiful but this book was just not for me. It was too spiritual. However, I am sure other will enjoy it
The illustrations in this journal are magical!
This is the perfect journal for someone who loves nature and self-exploration.
The prompts throughout (cleverly assigned to the different seasons) help you to reflect calmly and thoroughly on every aspect of life.
The writing prompts and mindfulness practices let you learn more about yourself.
They help you to slow down and to quiet your mind by making you focus on the task at hand.
I found this journal to be very useful and I will definitely continue making use of it.
Thank you NetGalley and the Publisher for the ARC.
Such a neat journal. The illustrations are very organic and lovely. I enjoyed the prompts and found myself really thinking about my answers. Not just writing whatever came to mind.
I have to start by saying how beautiful this book is. The illustrations are fantastic (hats off to the illustrator) and they take up a lot of the book, as it's really a journal. I like the Questions it poses to you for you to use in your meditation and it does cause you to stop and take a moment out of your day. It's definitely a good book to help you slow down a little because we so rarely do these days.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ -- Beautiful cover on this one!
First off, the illustrations in this book are gorgeous! This would make a wonderful gift based on them alone. However, this book is also packed full of prompts that will inspired your journaling and help you connect with the magic that is the natural world (the Fall section is my favorite). It also includes plenty of space for you to write out your thoughts. This would be perfect for someone that loves nature and journaling!

I'd like to start this review by thanking NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I am impatient to get a physical copy of this journal! I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves nature and wants to write more and learn about oneself in the process.
Find Your Magic: A Journal by Fortuna Noir is filled with amazing questions and beautiful illustrations that fit in perfectly with the themes proposed by the author. Excellent inspirational journal!
This is a beautifully illustrated journal for those who like prompts relating to nature, the metaphysical and themselves. I imagine it will be a big hit with many and will make a nice gift.
This is a gorgeous book. I loved the journalling prompts and the space left for you to think about each topic. Packed with gorgeous illustrations. Looking forward to seeing a printed copy of this - it's going to be stunning.
Find your magic is a beautiful journal that is divided into four sections- one for each season of the year and each one has a different focus and the gorgeous illustrations perfectly embody the feel of each season as you complete the journey through the year and the journal you see the year progressing through the beautiful illustrations of flora, fauna, the moon and other things.
The meditations are very easy to complete and make you reflect upon the things in your life e.g who do you like to spend time with? How do they enrich your life? Or How different are you now than you were a year ago? 5 years ago? This journal takes an enjoyable look at your innerworkings and makes you think about yourself and your life in a way that makes you feel like weights have been lifted.
This beautifully illustrated journal is a guide to all the seasons, with writing prompts and thoughtful, short narratives to match each unique time of year. As a writer, I'm always looking for new prompts to guide my morning free-writing, and this journal definitely delivers. I love the focus on the seasons and the different energies that exist in nature throughout the year. Some narrative was a bit more "witchy" than I anticipated, but the deep connections to nature were a treat.
This book will definitely be best in a physical copy—it's pretty as an ebook but less useful as you can't write in it. Plus, I'm sure the illustrations are lovely printed.
I actually can’t read this on my phone at all.
Tried expanding but it then gets weird.
As it’s a journal maybe better not as ebook option?
Sorry
Ahhh, this book! Let me start by saying that the illustrations are absolutely gorgeous, brimming with loving and vibrant energy from the start, I was drawn right in. Even the font is just perfect.
As for the content I’m all for it, I’m in! ✨♥️ the wise words in the intro had me buzzing to dive into the journal, the journeys, meditations and mindfulness practices. Because of the time of year that I started reading this, I jumped right to Autumn and got to work. 🍂🎃🍁
The journal prompts beckon…
The quiet reflections in nature open a doorway to your inner self — offer a hand to guide you to think deeper, to look within and see! I often accompany these solo moments in nature with reiki to the earth, to the trees, the water, the air… a small gift of Prana, in gratitude, peace and hope.
These practices are full of with wisdom and insight, in a way that is both warm and welcoming. I already have several people in mind to gift this beautiful journal too. 🤩
Find Your Magic: A Journal by Fortuna Noir is a beautiful journal filled with exquisite illustrations that draw you in. I love that this journal gives you the freedom to be creative with your writing, but it also has prompts throughout. The questions seem simple enough to answer but I enjoyed how they made me questions my life and what/who I am involved in. Great journal, I would recommend as well as looking into their other everyday inspirational journals.
Thank you NetGalley and the Publisher for the ARC.
I enjoyed reading this magical journal and it is the perfect companion to have as a guide throughout The Wheel of the Year. I highly recommend it!
