I enjoyed this MC romance. Belle has been on her own for awhile and is struggling to overcome poverty and a terrible childhood. She meets Tank who really likes Belle, especially her spirit and they develop a romance. Tank lets his MC brothers get into his head and he searches her room because his MC thinks she's a spy. Belle finds out and it ruins their relationship. Tank wants to prove to Belle he trusts her and the MC that she's trustworthy. Belle's dead beat mom is the reason the MC feels the way they do about Belle. I liked Tank despite being weak in not believing in Belle and I really liked Belle, who was strong yet caring. There was just enough spice, angst and action to make this an enjoyable read.

Bell has been on her own for years. She was working two jobs, at a diner and at a garage. She loses the garage one and is looking for another. She walks home and a biker pulls up behind her. Tank is in a motorcycle club and he is taller than the rest. When he sees a young woman walking, at night, he stops her. They became friends. Tank admires her because she stands up to him. The brothers think she is a spy and Tank searches her apartment, unbeknownst to her, which causes her to break their friendship. But Tank misses her and tries to get her back. The brothers are still not trusting her and Tank will do whatever it takes to clear her name.

I loved this story. Bell is a spitfire and she will make you giggle. Tank is like his name says and scarred. Action. Sex. And I couldn’t put it down.

Steamy yet definitely forbidden…

Talk about opposites attract! Tank and Bell were polar opposites yet they meshed – physically, emotionally (eventually!) and all ways that really mattered. Of course, they had to fight for their relationship. Whether it was his doubts – or hers – and absolutely the MC’s refusal to see Bell as anything other than the enemy….

Tank was a protector at heart and he had the muscle to back him up when he rode to Bell’s rescue more than once. While she didn’t need his help, having someone look out for her was a novel experience. He was going to fight for her, whether she wanted him to or no and if she didn’t need his muscle, she certainly appreciated them…

This was a steamy read with emotion and a plot to make it an all-around good story. A bit light in spots where I might have wanted more depth but with characters I cared about and wanted to see together. I will be picking up more in this series for sure!

A nice length book, this story is dark and steamy and full of strong personalities.

I loved Bell! She was so sassy and independent. You could easily relate to a hard working person who was trying to stay out of the shadow of her mom! Her and Tank were amazing

Bell is a young innocent who has survived all on her own her entire life. Her mother wasn’t worth anything and she is living a modest but honest life. While walking home from work one night she meets a man on a bike for the MC she has been walking past to get to her house for over a year. His name is Tank and he immediately seems like a sweet guy is his demanding to keep her safe on her way home. They develop a friendship that turns to more. As their relationship grows his MC doesn’t trust Bell. Will they be able to make it through the accusations thrown at her? I was given an ARC through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Are we ready for the next chapter in The Straight to Hell MC biker club? I love reading about the men in this MC! This series keeps getting better and better! Tank and Bella's relationships is a friends to lovers. I love Sam Crescent's imagination and world building. Every book I read just keeps me hooked.
