I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. Another cute story about Fiona the hippo. A simple story and suitable for young readers.

This sweet book is the second in the Hippo Park Friends series. Fiona the Hippo loves her sandbox and she and her little brother Herbert explore, discover and play using their imaginations. She focuses on finding a dinosaur and when she turns up an imaginary bone....it's not just a bone.... it's a real Dino in her mind. Hurray! To celebrate they bake cakes and pies and enjoy!

"Fiona in the Sandbox" encourages little ones to be curious, creative and imaginative at play time. The illustrations are vibrant, colourful and kid-friendly. I love the book and highly recommend it.

I thought this one was super cute, the Littles in my house enjoyed it. I am sure we will be reading this one for a while!

Oh my gosh - what a cute book! This is a perfect story for little ones. It encourages curiosity, creativity and imaginations. The illustrations are bright, colorful and fun. This Nana really enjoyed this book.

I think the story is sweet. We love Fiona in our house and also love digging in the sand. So my toddler was interested in the story. However, I would say I wish the illustration looked a little more hippo-like.

Fiona in the Sandbox is a very cute story about using your imagination. I loved all the discoveries Fiona made in the sandbox, it was well illustrated and simple.
