Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for being able to read this as an ARC. These are my honest reviews.
I LOVED THIS BOOK! First and foremost, it took my heart because the characters work with animals and they were not expecting anything long term. But feelings develop and before you can blink a positive test makes everything seem tense. The smartest thing was to bring her home. Super 5 stars here.

Going into this, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was instantly hooked and whenever I put it down to go about my day, I couldn’t help but constantly think about it. I was obsessed!

This is a very good story about Hope and Drew, who worked together at an equine veterinary service. After a difficult day, Hope invited Drew over for pizza and shots. Three months later, she learned that she was pregnant. Drew was surprised but not unhappy, and he invited her to stay with him over for Thanksgiving and Christmas. He decided to start a new career in his new field and take over for his grandfather.

Most of the time, they would ignore the baby's conversations and their feelings for each other. However, after his parents told them that they belonged together, they decided to talk it out. The ending was sweet and perfect. I'll have to check out more of the story about the family. This is a sweet romance between two veterinarians, one of whom is the mentor. There is an attraction, but they have resisted.

They started to feel bad when Hope had a dreadful day, and she soon learned that she was pregnant. However, they decided to try and work things out. They then went back to his family for the holidays. This is a very good story about Hope and Drew, who worked together at an equine veterinary service. Three months after she went for a regular check-up, she learned that she was pregnant. Surprised but not unhappy, Drew invited her over for Christmas and Thanksgiving. He then decides to start a new career in his field and take over for his grandfather. At first, they would ignore the baby's expressions and their feelings for each other. He was her supervisor, and they were good friends. However, when a combination of factors caused Hope to feel overwhelmed, she decided to seek out Drew for an escape. It was an escape that will allow her and her life to be intertwined forever. Hope and Drew need to learn how to talk through their various issues in order to reach their HEA on his family's horse farm.

I want to start off with the fact that for me Isabelle Grace is a new to me author. I haven't yet read her so I didn't know much about her books. I saw this one on NetGalley and thought it was a new book but it looks like it's gotten a new title and cover. It was called Drew's Hope before.

As I've mentioned before I've been looking for new authors to read. When I saw this one come up for review I decided I had to give it a try. I was in a baby mood. I didn't really read what it was about so I was happy when it turned out that the book happens during Thanksgiving and Christmas. You know I love a good holiday romance.

This is a very sweet romance. It's a slow-burning one but one that you can see happening. For Drew, he knew that he cared about Hope. He was all in and would do anything to make her happy. He stood by her when her life was falling apart. I don't think she really thought about it but if she had should have noticed just how much he cared about her.

Now Hope I wasn't sure about it at first. It took me a bit to come around. There are a few things she wanted to do that I didn't understand. I don't want to get into them because I want you to enjoy the book for yourself. Once you figure out she's scared to death and has had a bad turn of it you begin to really understand her.

I like these two as a couple. They work. I could feel the love between them. You will also like and want to know more about Drew's family. He has a bunch of brothers. As a whole, this is a wonderful story to read during the holidays and it will leave you with so many warm feelings. I'm so glad I gave this author a try. I will be reading the rest of the series.

A Baby Changes Everything by Isabelle Grace is a fun romance that happens in the wrong order. Hope Logan had had a pretty bad day: they had failed to save a birthing foal, her father’s diagnosis of terminal cancer was confirmed, and now she found herself in bed with Drew Blackwood, a senior veterinarian where she worked. She had a firm rule about dating people she worked with. Well, they weren’t really dating. She’d never made a mistake this big. It was going to be awkward. But, it wasn’t. Drew had been great. And he had been a good friend, through all this with her father. Now she was having another bad day. He was so deeply in debt it would take forever to bail him out. Why hadn’t he said anything before he’d died? Drew was there again. THEN she found out she was pregnant. Three months. She hadn’t noticed the missed periods. Life had been so complicated and still Drew was there. Letting her make her own decisions about the baby and about everything else. She was on the edge. Meanwhile, Drew had been offered a partnership. Then, his grandfather called and asked him to come home from Thanksgiving to the new year. Just give his practice a chance before he made a decision. He said he’d come if he could and immediately talked to the vet who had offered the partnership. They agreed to the time off and then, Drew said he was going to take Hope, too. She was on the edge and she needed to get away. She reluctantly agreed to go. The first holidays without her dad would be too hard.

These were a couple of good characters. Drew had the perfect family, which was something Hope had never had, although she had a great father. They made her feel at home while she and Drew worked out what they were going to do. The were both sympathetic characters so it was good no one had to take sides. The plot was nothing different but it was told in such a gentle way, it made the reader feel good. All the major characters were well-rounded and easy to like. The ending was what one would wish for this story. It was a good read, not great literature, but comfortable.

I was invited to read a free e-ARC of A Baby Changes Everything by Inkubator, through Netgalley. All thoughts are opinions are mine. #Netgalley #Inkubator #IsabelleGrace #ABabyChangesEverything

I loved this romance between Hope and Drew. A Baby Changes Everything is a sweet journey to love with the unexpectedness of a baby from one night of passion caused by Hope’s grief and Drew’s bad day at work. They were consoling each other, having worked together and been attracted but neither ever acted on it. Drew had tried to date her prior to the ‘one night,’ but she had turned him down. Keeping their relationship in the colleague and friend zone, until the day Hope finds out her father is dying, and Drew loses a foal.

One thing that lets you know right away that Drew is ‘the one’ is how he is there for Hope all through her father’s last weeks and more. He was always available and open to Hope’s needs. Hope was definitely attracted, but did not mix business with pleasure. As these two find their way to their HEA w/baby, we get to see their love grow. I, also, loved the big family reveal; it was written very well and was really cute!

I loved Drew and Hope’s friends to lovers story! A Baby Changes Everything kept from my attention from the first page. Isabelle Grace definitely has a new fan.

The title, A Baby Changes Everything, really does set the tone for this book by Isabelle Grace. Hope and Drew had a one night stand, but their relationship/friendship would have probably never changed (even though they both had feelings for the other) if Hope hadn't become pregnant from their night together. Drew convinces Hope to go away with him to his family farm for the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years holidays. I loved the development of their relationship as they visit with his family over the holidays. I really enjoyed the story and the buildup of their relationship. Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy.

Complimentary copy provided for my honest review and opinion. A baby changes everything in this lovely romance of friendship turned forever. Nice, wholesome romance with plenty of spark and swoons.

A Baby Changes Everything is the first book that I have read by this author. It was previously published as Drew's Hope.

The story follows Drew, a vet at an equine centre, and Hope, another vet. Friends for years, their relationship turns physical when her father becomes terminally ill. Once her father passes and her grief begins to clear, she discovers that she is pregnant.

Drew knows that she is scared and takes her home for the holidays. There, surrounded by his family, they are able how best to move forward.

A sweet with heat, quick read romance.

Definitely a sweet romance. A one night stand/surprise baby sends coworkers trying to decide how to proceed.

This is a reprint of “Drew’s Hope”. Drew meets fellow veterinarian 5-years previous, but despite the attraction, settle into being friends. One night following a horrible day, the pair get shnockered and spend the night together. Three months later, they now have to deal with the unexpected pregnancy. They decide to go home to VA so Drew can spend the holidays with his family. I would have liked more information about them as a couple, but I loved the story and the family dynamics.

A sweet, holiday themed romance. Drew and Hope get together after a series of difficult events, including the death of her father. This is covered in the prologue, so when the story starts Hope is already 4 months pregnant and blindsided by the news. Drew immediately steps up and takes her to stay with his family over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Drew’s family are just lovely. Despite his nephews facing their first Christmas without their mother, the family come together to support them as well as Drew and Hope. I really liked this book and only wish it had been a little longer.

A Baby Changes Everything is the rebrand of Drew's Hope.

Drew is one of the top vets at an equine clinic in Kentucky where he's worked with, and been friends with, Hope, another vet, for five years. When Hope's father becomes terminally ill, she seeks comfort in Drew. When her father passes and the grief starts to clear, she discovers that she's pregnant.

Immediately, Drew is onboard, and with Hope terrified, he takes her home to Virginia for the holidays. There, Hope and Drew can decide how to move forward, especially because Drew was just offered partner in Kentucky and to take over his grandfather's practice at home in Viriginia. They both need to figure out what they want, and then look to what's best for the other.

I loved how supportive and protective Drew was about Hope, with and without the baby. They clearly care so much about each other from the beginning, but Hope's fears stemming from her own mother need to be worked through.

Overall, a quick sweet romance with two loving and supportive leads. I'm looking forward to reading about Drew's brothers!

A very excellent story. Hope and Drew worked together at an equine vet service. When a hard day and then bad news hit Hope, she invited Drew back to her place for shots and pizza. 3 months later at a regular check up, she finds out she is pregnant. Drew is shocked but not unhappy. He invites her to go home with him for Thanksgiving and Christmas while he decides where he wants to work. A partnership where he currently works or take over for his grandpa in his vet service. The keep ignoring the conversation of the baby and their feelings for each other most of the time they are there. With prompting from his parents, they talk it out and decide they belong together. The ending was sweet and perfect. All the characters are very real. I'll have to look to see if there are more stories about this family.

I got this book from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.
