Love love love the premise for this book. Slightly reminds me of Serendipity, with a twist. New York City, Christmastime, & fate.

Something From Tiffany's introduces us to Londoner Ethan and Irish Gary. Both men are vacationing in NYC and both are out jewelry shopping for their significant others on Fifth Ave on Christmas Eve. Two men, one accident, and a mix up of great proportions.

This story is a fun read & full of all the romcom sappiness we have all come to know and love. I love a single parent trope and even more when it's a single dad. Fate, happenstance, and what happens when you follow your heart. Thank you to Sourcebooks Landmark & NetGalley for a copy of this cute book in exchange for my honest review. I am excited to see the adaptation bring these characters to life. Premise is great, the execution good. 3.5 stars rounded up.

Reading the description of the book this seemed like it would be a book I would love. Unfortunately I didn’t like the majority of the characters.
Two men buy purchases from Tiffany’s on Christmas Eve but their bags get mixed up during an accident.
Once the two men figured out what happened it was so frustrating how long it was dragged out.
Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC.

This was the perfect book to read during the Christmas holiday season. It offered a combination of romance and suspense with an added touch of magic. My favorite character was young Daisy who was wise beyond her years. Thanks to NetGalley and Sourcebooks Landmark for a copy to read and review.

A Tiffany’s ring mix up connects Ethan and Rachel, leading those around them to believe that they belong together even though Ethan was planning to propose to his girlfriend with the very ring that ends up on Rachel’s hand when her boyfriend Gary unexpectedly proposes. This one was super sweet and fun. Thank you Netgalley and Sourcebooks Landmark for the egalley in exchange for my honest review.

Best Christmas romance I have read to date, seriously. I loved it and could see myself rereading it every holiday season. I can't believe this was published 10 years ago and I just got to fall in love with the story, and Ethan! Ethan is goals and cheering for him is one of my favorite parts. This was the best escapism that holiday season!! And, unlike lesser holiday love story's, it is written to a smart audience with big ideas about fate vs. freewill. Loved it!

Thanks to Sourcebooks Landmark for a copy of Something from Tiffany's.

This book had a cute premise when two Tiffany's shopping bags get switched but unfortunately I just couldn't get into this book. I knew this is now a movie and I can see it being better ascab movie than A book.

ok i want to start by saying you need to go into this knowing it’s not going to be some mind-blowing romance novel. in my opinion, it was a bit farfetched and the characters were infuriating. at some point they’re all gonna do something that pisses you off and you just need to go with the flow or else you’ll never get through the book. you’ll be satisfied with the ending because it’s wrapped up in a bow but you will be left wondering how the bow even came to be because the storylines got whacked after about 75% of the way through.

So sweet and cute! Thank you to the publisher for the ARC. Loved reading this ahead of the Prime movie.

The cutest read!
The start is really cute and quite frankly what would you do if your diamond ring was accidentally taken by someone else?

The characters are really good and I like their development.
I would have enjoyed an epilogue chapter but overall this was such a sweet Christmas/New Years read!

Two men bought Christmas gifts for their girlfriends at the NYC Tiffany’s, but when an accident leads to them mistakenly swapping bags, their lives go down unexpected paths.

I wanted to read the book before watching the movie, and I am so glad I bumped it up on my TBR. This book was so fun to read. I loved seeing how that little blue box seemed to create a twist of fate that led these two couples down completely different paths. I flew through this book in a day because I was hooked from page one. I can’t wait to watch the movie now!

Thanks to Sourcebooks Landmark for the gifted copy.

A really light, fun, sweet story that is perfect for the Christmas season! Just what I needed during a busy time. Would recommend to anyone else looking for the same thing.

While this is a simple case of comedy of errors and has Hallmark written all over it, it's perfect for the holidays, and I couldn't wait to devour it - which is exactly what I did! A lot of obvious 'duhs' that had be rolling my eyes, but it was charming and entertaining and magical, as all those rom/coms Christmas tropes tend to be. No shame here - I still loved it. And can't wait for the movie.

I will admit that the prospect of this being a film is what initially drew me to this book. However, I really enjoyed it and read it very quickly. I was immediately drawn into the world of Ethan and Rachel and wanting to scream at them until they realized how wrong they were for their fiances and perfect for each other.

And now I can't WAIT to watch the movie :)

The covers?? Slay! Thoughts i don’t except it to be very romance and cute, this book fits so much to read in holiday or christmas season!! The author capture and manage to writes so much about how the holidays goes on and the encounter with each of the characters (it blends perfectly!)
Well the plot maybe usual tkaen in books or movies not in the real life but i appreciate that! What a cute holiday book <3

Thank you to Sourcebooks Casablanca and Netgalley for providing me this e-arc !

This was not a rom-com. This was a comedy of errors but there was absolutely nothing funny about it. Two men find themselves at Tiffanys for two very different reasons on Christmas Eve. Due to a mishap their purchases are swapped. Unbeknownst to them, they give their gifts to their respective girlfriends setting off a chain of events.

It isn’t often you get mostly male perspectives in a “romance” novel so I will say that was one thing this novel had going for it. For a “romantic comedy” this lacked any kind of romance. None. Zero. I think it attempted it in some capacity towards the end of the book but at that point the plot became so unhinged there was no saving it. It’s a shame because it really had the makings of being a great holiday rom-com.

At some point we do get the four perspectives of the main characters along with a side character. Not one of them was likable. All of them were incredibly shallow. The partnership should be the goal. The ring is just a symbol. Yet the materialistic nature to this sucked the life out of the novel. I had to refrain myself from throwing my Kindle out the window when a character finally gets her Tiffanys ring only to question her new fiance why she didn’t get the little blue box.

This book is being adapted by Reese’s Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine production company and is available for viewing on Prime today. I’m extremely curious what this adaptation looks like and I adore Zoey Deutch so I’m making an effort to curl up in front of the TV with this tonight but I am extremely skeptical.

Thank you to Sourcebooks Casablanca for providing a copy through NetGalley in anticipation of today’s movie release.

What a cute holiday book! Looking online there are a lot of mixed reviews on this one, but I really enjoyed it. The title and cover immediately peaked my interest, then of course once I read the plot I was even more intrigued. An accidental Tiffany’s gift purchase swap which leads to an accidental engagement? Sign me up to read the chaos!

One of my favorite parts about this book, was the way the author was able to create the imagery surrounding the holidays. Christmas time in New York City was described in such detail, that I could really picture it and it almost felt like I was there. Another aspect of the story that I really enjoyed was the plot. There was a lot to unpack within it, and the ending did not unravel how I predicted it would which I liked.

That being said, I did find the plot to be a bit unbelievable, and something that may only happen in a book or movie. The fact that Gary claimed Ethan’s engagement ring as his own, and just casually went with the accidental engagement to Rachel, screams wonders about his character and made this book seem unrealistic. Had Gary just been able to just communicate with Rachel, the whole fiasco could have been avoided.

Overall, I really enjoyed this one and thought it was a fun chaotic holiday read. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Breakfast at Tiffany’s, or loves a good holiday read.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I have been excited for the movie coming to prime and I was so lucky to be able to read the book first. I really did enjoy it, I think some parts could have been handled a little better. But I enjoyed this book. I love it was set at Christmas and there was romance love and family, and drama!

Cute premise about mixed up shopping bags containing a Tiffany engagement ring and a charm bracelet. It was too long and minimal character development. Also predictable.
