4.0 Stars. This was a fun and unexpected read. Curious to see what Skiver writes in the future and will definitely suggest this book to others in my reading circle who love this genre.

As I read and reread the description of the book I could not help but wonder if it was a type of parody for every other book or movie that had 3 things ( rings, crown pieces, etc.). I was actually very glad that while reading it I never once got that feeling. The book is well written and I enjoyed it and have told a friend about it who is currently wanting to read it, but needs to finish what she is reading. Well done.

The Battle of Evermore had me wrapped and I had a hard time keeping away from my story, the characters are interesting and kept me entangled in the story line! Can't wait for the next book!
