I totally forgot to submit my review for this, but it's a personal favorite that I actually bought for both my library and my own personal collection. The recipes are consistently good and I've been cooking from this for years now.

Great book by Washington Post author Joe Yonan. Love his take on plant-based cooking since way before plant based cooking was cool.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC of this title. I attempted to read it and was not compelled to finish.
