I really loved this magical book. I think this is, literally, the best book on the subject I've ever seen. I cannot think of another book I would recommend before this one. Very well done. 5 stars !!

What a great clear book. I have tried to use the I Ching methodology before but I had no succeeded. This book explains very very clearly how to use coins to answer a question as well as the more advanced methodology of using the sticks. Diagrams and examples make this book incredible. I have already ordered it as I want a copy at home for future use.
Highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in this topic as the clarity is exceptional.

This book is awesome! I have always wanted to use the coins in I Ching reading but my efforts were not clear. This time the goal was met with clear instructions and success! If you want a clear and practical way of interpreting the possible outcomes in life I cant think of another that I have read that offers such simple but profound ways to do it. Very well laid out and illustrations and directions are perfect for using the I Ching.

Many books have been written on the I-ching but Antony Cummins manages to modernize the information and write it all up in a readable and easy-to-understand handbook or companion.
Part 1 explains the foundation and history in order to gain a deeper understanding. A whole chapter is dedicated to the different casting methods. While Part 2 is dedicated to all the hexagrams and their well-explained interpretations.
The layout is clean, modern and pleasing while some Chinese characters add a nice and valuable touch.
To make the book more useful it comes not only with a handy quick summary for divination but also a bibliography and an index.
