I can’t properly express how desperate for this book I’ve been!!! This entire series is *everything* and this little teaser was the perfect introduction to this story. I absolutely can’t wait to read the entire thing because these characters and this plot have me in a chokehold.

This preview just added to my excitement. I cannot wait until this book comes out. I can already tell we got a fake dating trope going on and I am all here for it. May also be a bit of a reverse grumpy x sunshine? Already got a 4/5 stars (just because I haven’t gotten to read the full book yet)

I got into Katee Robert's work with the Monster romances, and while I dove into a few of her other works, I didn't touch any of The World of Dark Olympus because it had been hyped up a lot, and I got concerned about overly high expectations. I saw the preview for Radiant Sin and figured I had nothing to lose...apparently, I had lost by not reading any of the World of Dark Olympus books! Not only was this preview fantastic, and I can't wait to read more of this dynamic, I'm getting ready to read the others before it.

How do I describe my excitement for Radiant Sin? Let's just say the five chapters in this preview was not enough and I need the rest of is ASAP!
Forced proximity and fake dating seem to be the prominent tropes in this book. I will say that it sets off very quickly. There is no dragging as we begin getting into the fake dating scenario.
I have not read Neon Gods or Electric Idol yet (they are in my possession and are victims to my forever extending TBR) but it does seem like this could be read as a stand-alone since there seems to still be world building and set-up involved in these first few chapters.
I did really enjoy the preview chapters and they were very quick and easy to get through. I do so far enjoy the characters but I would need to be able to read further to decided if they are truly likable to me.

katee Robert is so much fun - her romances are usually my go to and I absolutely love her retellings and her ability to make me root for even the most devious characters. This sneak peak has me so excited and so ready for the book. Bring on February 2023.

I have only read the first five chapters of this and I am already itching to keep going!! Normally I only see house parties in historical romance so I cannot wait to find out what delicious shenanigans Katee Roberts brings!!

If the first five chapters of Radiant Sin are any indication this has the potential to be right up there with Electric Idol, my favorite of Katee Robert’s Dark Olympus series so far. I am all in for political intrigue + a fake dating romance.

What a delicious teaser. These chapters gave just enough for me to want to read more. I've already been waiting to read this book when it's released and this teaser just ramped my excitement up more. February can't get here fast enough!

Solid 4 stars and I have added it to my TBR list. All characters are likeable and plot seems interesting so far.

These 5 chapters were interesting and I can’t wait to see more. I like both Cassandra and Apollo so I am curious to see how this will work out. Also cant wait for all the drama that’s going to come, and how the story will go.

Downloaded this because I was impatient to wait but now I think I made a mistake reading it because how on earth am I going to wait until February now?!

KATEE FRICKEN ROBERT! Ugh! I cannot wait to dive into this book! Having already read the first 3 books of the Dark Olympus series, my anticipation for this book is so high!!
Thank you Katee and Netgalley for this preview! It’s quenched my thirst until I can get my hands on this whole book!
The preview opens up with our new main characters, Cassandra and Apollo. Cassandra has worked for Apollo for the last 5 years as his executive assistant. Apollo is in charge of the history of Olympus and is known as a spymaster of sorts. Although he is talented, he is better with Cassandra as she notices all the things he can’t see. Not only are they an unstoppable team, both secretly harbor an attraction to one another.
When Zeus requests that Cassandra attend a week long house warming party for newly granted citizens, Minos and company, her initial reaction was absolutely not! Apollo and Zeus need to figure out what Minos is up to and they need to get all the information they can get. This party might be able to fit all the pieces of the puzzle together in order to save Olympus.
Cassandra has been under the scrutiny of all of Olympus ever since her parents tried to take advantage of an ancient law in which anyone who assassinates a member of the thirteen would be able to take over their position. After having committed the crime, her parents we killed in a car crash the same night, casting shame upon Cassandra and her sister Alexandra. Eager to leave Olympus to start a new life, Cassandra accepts Zeus’s offer only once he agrees to a large sum of money and safe passage out of Olympus.
With the deal in place, Cassandra is off with our old favorites, Callisto (now Hera) and Psyche!!!! Loved seeing them and cannot wait for Callisto and Zeus’s story!! The tension is high, the attraction is going to explode, and I cannot wait!!!

This review is just for the preview (first 5 chapters) of Radiant Sin by Katee Robert. I was excited when this became available because I absolutely love Katee's writing. The Dark Olympus series is one of my favorites and is a series I constantly recommend to dark romance lovers.
I love that this book because, as some of the others, has a "not so typical" female main character, Cassandra. She's described as having curves, which I wish more authors wrote. She was defensive and careful of her space due to the way she has been treated after what her parents did. I can tell she's going to continue to be a strong presence.
Apollo is a little different than some of the other male leads in Katee's stories. He seems sweet and protective, even if he is keeping most of those thoughts to himself.
This book has that sexual tension and slow burn that I love so much. A deal/bargain between main characters. Lastly, something Katee always gives us and is such a treat, lgbtq+ representation!

Well...well...
Guess who's back...
Back again...
Kate's back...
Tell your friends!
Yep that's right Neon Gods series lovers. It's that time we all yearn for. Radiant Sins is fresh off the presses. And the Apollo and Cassandra's story is...
In a word.
Wow!
Now let's see if I can put things in a nice little nutshell for you.
Shall we?
He's her boss.
She's his assistant.
They are attracted to each other.
But they will NEVER tell.
But circumstances are now throwing them together in away that threatens to force them to not only deal with the passion that they each harbor for the other. But just might work to expose said passion to the world of Olympus at large.
If only those secret passions were the only ones in need of uncovering.
But oh no...
There is also the secret of securing the magical barrier that separates Olympus from the mortal world.
As well as getting to the bottom of what Minos may or may not know about a possible threat to Olympus.
Can you say mouthwateringly juicy story line?
And then when you add in the ever present ghosts from Cassandra's past. That no one seems to ever want to let her forget. And the bargain that she makes with Zeus. That could be the key to a new start for both her and her sister.
Can you say YES PLEASE?
Though my book only consists of the first five chapters. It is very clear from word one. That the excellence in story, characters, interaction, intelligence, emotionality, and sexual expression, are all once again in play; and in rare form.
With Apollo playing the "knight in shining armor" to Cassandra's "hardass with a heart of gold."
As with all the books of this series. The pacing can be a bit breakneck at times.
But that just serves as incentive for readers to hold on and enjoy what promises to be one hell of an Olympian thrill ride.
Reviewer's Note:
Although the books in this series may be read individually. It is highly recommended that they be enjoyed as part of their intended collection

I will read anything Katee Roberts puts out. Her takes on Greek mythology are always wildly entertaining and creative and I love to see the dynamics between her characters. The world building is so clever and I can’t wait to read the full book!

This Preview was so interesting. We had a taste of the characters and I guess we can already say Cassandra is a badass. I like her.
Even if they were only 5 chapters they made me so curious I just can hope I get the opportunity to read and review it. If all the book it’s like the first chapters it might be the best of the series so far.

Wonderful preview! Already enjoying the dynamic Cassandra & Apollo have. This leaves of just before the fake relationship starts. Can't wait for full release.

I loved this preview and am excited to read the full book. I liked the characters, and dual POV. The set up for the fake dating trope is fantastic and I can't wait to see how it all pans out. Thank you for approving me for this preview.

Ahh, why is it only 5 chapters? More, more please!
These five chapters definitely makes one crave for the entire book. It's intriguing and interesting enough. This entire concept of modern Olympus is something else.

ugh i love cassandra and cannot wait for the full book! katee roberts is not capable of disappointing
