Lady Tamsin Bell, daughter of a duke, has everything a lady could want. She has a fine house in London, exquisite ball gowns, and a generous dowry. But she doesn’t have Captain Henry Talbot who she’s loved for years. Tamsin collects artifacts & some start to go missing, Tamsin is on the hunt and Henry has no choice but to go with her. Because he’s always been aware of Tamsin. When he was fighting war at sea, she was all that he could think of. But now that he’s back, he’s not good enough for her. But he’ll destroy anyone who threatens her happiness.
The third book in the series & it’s easily read on its own but reading in order will enhance it. I loved both Henry & Tamsin & thoroughly enjoyed the verbal banter & the chemistry between them. A lovely mix of romance & mystery, which kept me turning the pages. I was also pleased the villains had their comeuppances
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

I really didn't expect to like this book, but it was really very, very good.
Contains spoilers.
I really enjoyed this story so much, that I read every word and did not skip any paragraphs because it was dry and dull. Just the opposite. This book kept me hopping the whole way. I never saw the ending also. The ending was a surprise and normally I am pretty good at figuring them out. The heroine is a 'party girl of 28 years. She has not married, in fact her stepmother forced her out of the house when her attractiveness was taking away interest in her step sisters., who are also out in society. Since the step mother was so against the heroine, she did not have a very good relationship with either of her step sisters.
The heroine is part of a group of friends who named themselves the 'Cinderellas'. She and her friends grew up on neighboring estates with the hero. The hero was the only son of an earl who was trying to toughen him up by taking away anything he cared for. Starting with his nurse when he was 3 years old, to the kitchen cat when he was 8 to beating him to the point he was breaking the hero's bones in trying to make him a strong noble. His grandmother tried to protect him, but twice a year he had to visit his father. When he came home to his grandmother, the 'Cinderellas' would do what they could to help him. But he always had a soft spot for the heroine. He always loved her, but will never, ever show it because his father will take her away also. The heroine was called back to her father's, the Duke's, house and told she would be marrying the man she hated most. He was a man that constantly groped woman at parties and trapped the maids and forced himself on them. But that didn't matter to her father, because the bad guy was an 'Earl'. As if that made a difference.
I really loved this story and all the characters involved. The main characters were very likeable except when the hero, at first, refused to marry the heroine to save her. That really made me upset. And this story was so good that it made you feel emotions as the characters were happy or sad or afraid. And that is the definition of a good book. I was so involved and immersed in the tale.
I give this book 5 stars. I really enjoyed it and it was very well written. The story is compelling and makes sense. I would recommend reading and buying for the keeper shelf.

This was a new author to me, and I haven't read any of the other books in this series. However. I loved this book and will immediately. be looking to get all the others. It was well written and fast paced with constant action and mystery with villains galore. There are lots of endearing secondary characters like Jack, Simon Crow and others. There is lots of witty exchanges and the other Cinderllas pop in and out to help when needed which is lovely. I didn't want to put this down which led to a bit of a late night. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I recieved a free copy from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
This series has been great. While the plot was thin ar best the characters more than made up for it.
Tamsin has loved Henry forever and when he returns home things become dangerous. Tamsin collects oddities like skulls in hope of finding a ghost. When a poppet is stolen from her home she is determined to find it. It has no monetary value but was from her now deceased mother.
Henry is back from the Navy, now that the Cinderellas has proven his innocence and he in no longer in danger of being hanged as a traitor.
But he is still in danger.
I loved the relationship between Tamsin and Henry. I loved them as individual characters. I loved all of the side characters.
Can't wait for the next book in the series.

She’d Loved Him Forever.

Lady Tamsin Bell one of the Cinderella ladies was the daughter of a Duke who rarely acknowledge her. She had fallen in love with Captain Henry Talbot years ago. Henry was now Viscount Stirling and had returned back to England.

Tamsin was now in trouble, her father was trying to marry her off within a week and she needed his help. Henry had loved Tamsin for years but he wouldn’t do anything about it as he needed to protect her from his father. He didn’t realise what a strong woman Tasmin had become and with all her friends from the Cinderella society, they had faced many adventures both good and bad.

What an adventure, full of intrigue, mystery, fantastic characters, and when Henry gave into his feelings hot passion and very steamy. I loved how the best friends all came together. What a page turner, the storyline kept me glued until the last page and I wasn’t disappointed.

Well worth a read. Although it’s part of a series it’s still great to read on its own, but I would recommend reading all three. It gives you more insight into the characters and all are worth reading.

I voluntarily read and reviewed and advanced copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This wonderful book is a lot of fun to read. There’s a lot of witty exchanges, adventure, mystery, romance. And satisfying comeuppance for the villains. All the main characters are likeable and lovable, not to mention adorable scamps and intriguing friends. I would definitely look for the next book in the Cinderella Society series. I have a new favourite author to read!

I received an ARC from Netgalley and leaving my review voluntarily.

I really enjoyed this book, the third in Ms. Harvey's Cinderella Society series. I have read the prior books in this series, and while I think they will enhance the reader's enjoyment, they are not necessary to find this book a great read.

FMC Tamsin is the daughter of a duke who essentially ignores her in favor of his second family. MMC is Henry, a current captain and Viscount and eventual Earl. His father is a horror of a person, and the reason Henry left England for the war. Tamsin and Henry have loved each other for years but have never acknowledged those feelings to the other. Here, Henry is back in London trying to avoid his father's threats and Tamsin is trying to determine who has stolen a precious item from her collection of horrors. She is also trying to avoid the terrible match being forced on her by her father. As the story evolves, they are able to rescue each other and solidify their relationship.

There were so many elements I loved about this book. Tamsin is smart and strong, and in many instances seems to have no fear. Yet she also shows moments of deep vulnerability. I love the relationship between the Cinderellas - the banter between the women is sharp and clever and clearly shows the depth of affection they have for each other. The friendship that is allowed to exist between Henry and Persephone is lovely. And it seems like the repeat villain might (finally) receive his comeuppance.

I highly recommend this book (and the others in the series) and look forward to reading Priya's story next. And maybe Carnation's after that? 4.5 stars rounded to 5.

Thank you to Dragonblade and NetGalley for an ARC of this book. The opinions herein are my own.

Lady Tasmin is the daughter of a duke and has everything. Captain Henry loves her but feels that he isn't good enough for her. He helps her to capture a thief who has been stealing from her private collection.,,,

Love both main characters. Lady Tasmin is so sassy and smart. Henry is so sweet and honorable. Love them together. So many fun scenes. Finished it in one day.

Thanks to the publisher for the arc.
