This is a good book. The two main characters are Annie and Jack. Annie is a city bus driver and mother to her nephew. Jack runs a charitable organization. There is an instant attraction. They start dating. They each have issues but together they work them out and fall in love
i couldn't get into this one. The writing style was not for me. The connections with the characters was told not shown so I didn't care about anyone. I ended up dnf-ing this as it wasn't working.
This was such a heartwarming holiday romance. The characters were realistic. The romance was hot. The story was about doing what makes you happy and learning to reach out and help other and to learn to ask for help. A great quick read for the holiday season.
this was a sweet story set around Christmas, I have never read this author before, but will look for more books by her. Enjoyed the story very much.
A sweet and festive romance: it made me smile, root for the characters, and i enjoyed it.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine
I would firstly just like to say a big thank you to NetGalley who very kindly forwarded me an arc copy of this book, for my Kindle, in return for my honest review.
This book is actually book number eleven in the ‘Murphy Clan’ series of books but can very easily be read as a stand alone with no problems at all.
I really enjoyed this book, it was such a wonderful and magical story and I loved everything about it too.
I absolutely loved Annie and Jack, they were both such lovely characters and I loved getting involved in their story.
This was a wonderful book, full of fun and festive spirit and a beautiful sprinkling of romance too - perfect!!
Santa Comes to Snowside by Kathy Coatney is a touching tribute to the miracle of Christmas.. Mr. And Mrs. Claws are a fun and lively and full of love.
This is such an uplifting story, with the magic of Christmas, people making a difference, and sometimes, when it gets overwhelming, asking for help. It is a reminder that there that sometimes we get lost in what life is giving us. Sometimes, you give a helping hand and sometimes someone is helping you. This book just lifted me up, opened my heart, and reminded me that there is still magic out there.
I received an ARC from Windtree Press through NetGalley, and I hope you read the book. It is so inspirational.
This is a heartwarming Christmas story that showcases caring for others. I truly enjoyed this story!
Both Annie and Jack love helping others. Annie is raising her nephew and drives a bus for the city. She enjoys lifting the spirits of her passengers, many of whom she considers to be friends. Jack runs a non-profit whose focus is on helping others prepare for and find jobs. Annie's nephew, Tony, volunteers at the center, which is how Annie and Jack meet.
Little do they know that the latest volunteers to the center are Christmas helpers, who look suspiciously like Norht Pole residents...
Jack's center is struggling financially and he needs all the help he can get to keep the doors open. But he has a lot of pride and doesn't want to be too dependent on others. Luckily, he may be in for a Christmas miracle...
Santa Comes To Snowside is such a fun Christmas read. I've never heard of this author, I chose to read this based solely on the fact that it was a Christmas romance, which is my obsession.
This was a sweet, short read, with characters that were believeable. The plot focused on doing what made you happy, not rich, which is appropriate in today's world.
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this book in return for my review.
This was such a magical book. It was so uplifting. The characters were all sweet. I devoured the book and look forward to reading the rest of the series.
