Einstein Puzzles is what it says on the tin! I found a lot of these puzzles quite difficult but they were still fun nonetheless and good to come back to every now and again. I liked how the book was laid out with the solutions and would recommend this to anyone who loves puzzles. I definitely do.

This book is great to keep the brain active and I enjoyed trying to solve some of the puzzles. It is a fun book and some of the puzzles really work your brain out.

This book was a bit more challenging than I thought it would be. I’m not sure why, when the title does make it clear that they will be tricky. My 9 year old and I had fun going through these!

Yep I was cocky going into this. I’m pretty decent at puzzles. Silly me. Clearly not at Einstein-esque puzzles. I can’t believe how many stumped me! Still really fun

Einstein Puzzles is such a fun book for the quintessential puzzle fan. Tons of fun to be had in the pages with puzzles of logic, math, physics, science, etc. These puzzles are challenging. Highly recommended!

Einstein Puzzles by Dr. Gareth Moore

A fun book that tests your mind with science-based puzzles, logical teasers and some physics diagrams for you to complete.

I was intrigued with this puzzle book. I enjoy my fair share of mind puzzles and teasers but this one truly put my mind to the test of what it was able to accomplish. I loved that the puzzles are fun and engaging also while they challenged me. The only thing i would suggest for this book is to add some in depth explanations to the answer keys. Some of the puzzles didn't give a clear explanation to the answer and I would love to understand and learn from the ones that stumped me.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.

This was a fun book to flip through on my break, however I am not clever enough for these puzzles 🫣
Some of them are fairly easy but the majority left me scratching my head and I didn’t really understand when I had the answer… not sure if that’s a me problem or the books problem 🤷‍♀️

This is a fun book with some challenging puzzles. Each puzzle is presented on a page with a link to the answer with full explanation. The puzzles encompass maths, physics, chemistry and logic. That is of the ones done so far!

You could quite easily dip in and out of this book. The straight forward presentation is a bonus and the puzzles and explanations are presented in clear language. No specialist knowledge is needed, just a brain. I solved roughly a third of those attempted so far. Good level of challenge.

I read a copy provided by NetGalley and the publishers.

I quite enjoying dipping into this puzzle book, which had a mixture of logical, mathematical and visual reasoning puzzles in it, as well as a handful that relied on science or common sense knowledge as well. Some of the puzzles seemed very simple while others were much more difficult, so while there was a good range of puzzles for all abilities, I think personally I would have preferred it if the puzzles in the book had got steadily more difficult, or been categorised by difficulty rating - although I guess that can be open to interpretation to an extent. I would say that the explanation of some of the answers wasn't as good as I would have hoped - I still didn't understand how they had solved the puzzle even when given the answer, which was frustrating.

I really enjoy brain puzzles, one of my favourite puzzle games is professor Layton, and this book doesn’t stand behind it, with around 140 plus puzzles to enjoy. To make the best of this book I advise you to have some paper and pencil around for some of the puzzles, it helps to make sense writing the clues down.

Each puzzle gives us a story (problem) and then we have a link for the solution (in a paperback you would have a page number linking you to the answer) but I must say in kindle format it is really well done, we have all the connections done, we can pass from the answer to a problem directly to the next problem in the book, and that makes reading way easier. Some problems you’ll only need to be ponder about them a bit, others will need for you to know a bit of other information, but most you don’t need to be a genius to know and most of the problems will be amazing to impress people in a gathering.

I have a couple of this kind of books in my kindle and I must say, this is probably the most well done of the bunch, I really recommend this puzzle book, or for yourself or as a gift for people who want to have a break from their usual reading. I really recommend this puzzle game book.

Thank you NetGalley and Arcturus Publishing for the free ARC and this is my honest opinion.

This is a solid collection of science- and logic-based puzzles to occupy your time and keep your wits sharp. I was surprised at the varying level of difficulty, as some seemed appropriate for middle school while others were at a first-year college level. While the practice of inserting Einstein into the problems made for good marketing, it suggested a younger audience than some of the puzzles require. Maybe a good puzzle book is one you can come back to as you learn and mature.

Topcis focus on math, chemistry, logic, and a basic understanding of the world around us. There are better puzzle books, and there are much worse ones. Be prepared to have a pen and paper to work out many of these.

Are you a person who enjoys a challenge? Would you like to solve some fiendish puzzles? If yes, give this title a look.

The puzzles are Einstein inspired and there are over 100 of them here. Beware though, these are pretty tough puzzles. If you buy this book, I will be eager to hear about your successes (or failures).

Many thanks to NetGalley and Arcturus Publishing for this title. All opinions are my own.
