This is a good resource for business leaders navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing corporate landscape. With the Transformational Flywheel approach, the authors present a compelling and practical roadmap for achieving meaningful and impactful change within organizations. (The cover reminds me a lot of EOS Worldwide, Entrepreneurial Operating System.) Backed by real-life case studies and their experience, this book equips readers with the tools and inspiration needed to drive transformational success.
This book provides practical advice. This writing actually helped me understand what passion means. I have read many articles about this concept, know the meaning, but it never made me realize how to connect it with the goals, This book has done the job. This has provided examples from netflix, apple etc which shows transformation is indeed possible
This book could guide anyone through transformation, and more so at work or with other people, for a whole season because it's that vast and explores twelve principles that seem easy and well known at first glance but are often overlooked by us in our attempt to get ahead or get things done at work.
I'm working on two key challenging principles Position and Politics and this book has been an eye opener, especially because it links other principles that I overlooked due to the frustration arising from trying to secure and deliver in my position while facing opposition.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
