**Review: Marriage Bargain with Her Brazilian Boss by Tara Pammi**
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars)
Tara Pammi’s *Marriage Bargain with Her Brazilian Boss* offers readers a classic romance with a dash of international flair. While the novel delivers on its promise of passion and drama, it falls into some predictable patterns that may leave readers craving more depth and originality.
The story revolves around a marriage of convenience between a determined heroine and her brooding Brazilian boss. Pammi skillfully crafts a compelling dynamic between the protagonists, exploring themes of duty, desire, and unexpected attraction. Their journey from reluctant partners to something more is filled with tension and chemistry that will keep readers engaged.
Pammi’s writing is smooth and evocative, transporting readers to the vibrant streets of Brazil and the opulent world of the rich and powerful. The settings are vividly described, adding richness and depth to the story. The romance is passionate and intense, with moments of genuine emotion that resonate with authenticity.
However, the novel treads familiar ground with its marriage of convenience trope. While Pammi executes it competently, there are few surprises in the plot developments. Readers familiar with this trope may find the storyline predictable, with conflicts and resolutions that follow a formulaic path.
Character development is another area where the book could have offered more. While the protagonists are compelling and their chemistry is palpable, their individual journeys and growth feel somewhat rushed. Secondary characters play their roles effectively but lack the depth and nuance to leave a lasting impact.
Despite these shortcomings, *Marriage Bargain with Her Brazilian Boss* is a solid romance that will appeal to fans of the genre. It provides an entertaining escape into a world of passion and intrigue, with enough twists and turns to keep readers turning the pages.
In summary, *Marriage Bargain with Her Brazilian Boss* by Tara Pammi earns a solid three stars. It’s a satisfying romance with all the ingredients for a captivating read, even if it doesn’t offer significant surprises. For readers looking for a steamy and dramatic love story set against a backdrop of exotic locales, this book is worth picking up.
Love reading Caio and Anushka’s story. Spellblinding and well woven story of love. Would recommend this read!
This books was a pleasant wayto pass the time but not really memorable. I would recommend Harlequin readers to grab a copy for their wait in the doctors office or for a long flight while on vacation.
Marriage of convenience with a hot Brazilian who she has liked/known since she was a teenager. Once her grandparents pass she tells Caio her real feelings and their past come up. We got some crazy plot with love, stock options, tech, billionaire hot old man, money, board politics, company politics, and finally Brazil.
We get a hot age gap romance with some billionaire on both sides and then a trip to Brazil where the heat comes out in not just the weather.

Disclaimer: I was sent a free book and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
First, I will say this book was a pretty quick read. I finished it about a day and a half, to be honest; I had forgotten how quickly these books go.
As for the story itself, it was pretty predictable.
We have our lead female who is secretly in love with her boss. After telling him of her desires she wants to hide but life goes on. Then when he asks her to marry him as a business deal she says yes.
In the true form of all romances, a marriage of convenience soon turns into more.
Though I found the book to be predictable, it was good. There seemed to be a lot of talk with little action but I was okay with that. The characters for me needed a little more depth but overall not too bad.
I will say this wasn't my favorite read but it was good and quick. I would have given it a 5-star rating but felt it need to be fleshed out a little more.
3.5 Stars
Anushka has had a crush on Caio since she was a teenager and he was hired as her grandfathers protege. After her grandfather’s funeral Anushka tells Caio her true feelings and he rejects her, however she now holds the shares in the company he needs to run it how he would like. The two agree to a marriage of convenience, but their attraction is always just below the surface.
In true Harlequin Presents fashion, this book is a bit bonkers which I am here for. I really liked both Anushka and Caio and found the story entertaining, though did find it did a lot more telling rather than showing. The two had great chemistry, and while this was a slower burn than most Presents, the heat was still there. I did find myself frustrated that some plot lines were not resolved by the end of the book. I also wish the book would have explored some more aspects of their relationship such as the age gap, but alas, there is only so much that can be done in 220 pages. Overall I was entertained and that’s all I ask of Presents.
Thank you to Harlequin for the gifted copy, and Harlequin and NetGalley for the digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Anushka had a crush on Caio since she started to visit her grandparents and half-sisters. The bond only deepens went they started to work together.
Years later she admits her feeling to him, before quitting it all, but it doesn't go all that well. But there is a company on the line and a marriage of convenience is the perfect solution. But soon mutual attraction proves to be too much.
I like the storyline, but there was a whole lot of telling and that much showing.
thanks to NetGalley & Harlequin for the ARC, all thoughts are my own
Marriage Bargain with her Brazilian Boss by Tara Pammi, book one in her Billion-Dollar Fairy Tales series is Caio and Anushka’s marriage of convenience journey toward romance. This was a great read; wonderful characters and an enjoyable plot. Caio is working for Anushka who is a coding genius. Caio knows that she should not be having feelings for her hot alpha boss but what’s woman to do when attraction and chemistry exists. Anushka approaches Caio with a proposition, a marriage of convenience. He vowing that he would never be able to give her his heart; until he does. These two are great together and their journey to romance is an enjoyable read. I definitely recommend Marriage Bargain with her Brazilian Boss to other readers.
