Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy to honestly review.
If you have never tried to lose weight, this book is for you.
If you have already been down the weight loss path…you will recognize every bit of information in this book.
There is no NEW here. Just common sense. Eat more vegetables. Less red meat. Exercise more, drink water. Sleep eight hours at night.
Simply put , this book puts together what you will hear from the dietitian, along with a few tips on how to accomplish Your goal of eating better.
It is okay.
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for allowing me this ARC.
Fantastic book for anyone looking to lose weight. Or even lead a more healthy lifestyle. It has a lot of great information. It could really benefit those if they were to follow the book. Very well written
This book has a lot of helpful information that I enjoyed reading. A lot of great information to use on the daily. I really enjoyed it!
The book provides a list of good habits to do (and bad habits to stop), and some explanation about habits and weight loss. Unfortunately there was nothing on the list that was 'rocket science' but could be helpful for some people. The book also had a checklist to track your progress.
This book will help you to build better habits when it comes to food and weight loss. It also encourages wellness habits, which you don't always find in other weight loss books.
Nothing groundbreaking, but I do like the realistic approach that the author takes to weight loss. Way too many books focus on "quick fixes," but this one encourages a change in habits.
As someone always watching their weight, I’m constantly perusing for healthy hints. So many books promote an “easy” fix, which consists of a complicated tracking system, with expensive food and unrealistic steps. I was pleased to find that this author offers simple, clear information…with simple, realistic hints for healthier living. Presented in such a way as to be accessible for anyone, this book could be invaluable to those looking to adopt a healthier, sustainable lifestyle.
A short, quick book on what you could consider bringing into your life for better daily habits. There was nothing too ground breaking in the book. But I loved the tracker at the end of the book. Nice, short read to remind yourself of good habits.
3.5
This book was super informative. The way the author breaks down each chapter makes for an easy read. I loved the tracking methods provided as well.
Very easy to read workbook, all the information is interesting and well presented, and the worksheets in the end seem especially useful. Would definitely buy this for myself and/or friends interested in sustainable weight loss.
This was a very easy to read and motivating book, which I'm sure is perfect for anyone trying to create long lasting weight loss habits. Some very interesting facts and science which I appreciate more than just general advice. I won't list all the areas it covers because it would spoil a lot of it, but I will say that it is quite a wholistic guide.
Weight loss is something that millions of people struggle with on a daily basis. Whether you have a lot of weight to lose or only those last few pounds, following Sarah Pflugradt’s advice in Better Daily Weight Loss Habits may just help you on your weight loss journey. She’s not encouraging you to make radical changes or adopt the newest fad diet, in fact doing so would only ensure failure. No, what Sarah encourages is taking small steps, slowly adopt healthier habits. And she doesn’t say you have to adapt all the habits she suggests or even carry them out every day. What she encourages is taking on only a new habit or two at a time, working on those and then adding in a new one once you’re comfortable with the previous habits. I can’t say how well her method will work, as I have only just read her book over the past weekend and have yet to attempt adopting any of her suggested habits. While there are a few habits I’m not likely to attempt because…well I know myself fairly well and there are some things I just won’t do, lol, there are a number I’m willing to try. So wish me luck! Thanks to Callisto Media, Rockridge Press and NetGalley for the chance to read an ARC of Better Daily Weight Loss Habits.

I was curious to read this book to see what kinds of habits might help make changes. Each chapter tackles another daily habit (for instance, add more fruits and vegetables to your diet), with tracking charts available in the back pages/resources. Recommended for those who have not considered how daily habits can change your health. Thanks to NetGalley for this ARC.
