This is definitely another read that I wish I read in October. The Haunting of Maddy Clare had some creepy vibes to it but I mean how could it not! Alistair is a ghost hunter who hires Sarah Piper to tag along and help with this haunting. You see Maddy Clare didn't like men before she died, so obviously her ghost is going to hate them.

Do you believe in ghosts? Right up until the moment Sarah met Maddy, she believed everything was a hoax. Now she cannot escape Maddy, it seems like her ghost is trying to tell Sarah something but Sarah cannot figure it out.

Gahh seriously such a fun story to read! Finding out what about to Maddy was heartbreaking and I can understand why she did what she did. This is definitely a story that will keep you up at night

If you’ve read one Simone st James book, you’ve read them all. I like her writing style but I can’t separate one plot from another. I think this is the last time I try her
