This is the kind of book that I most like to read. It wasn't hard to get into and the writing was good to keep me interested. I learned a lot.

Don Fedor’s book The Ultimate Quest relates the story of a personal quest which took place over many years and through a variety workshops / retreats which contributed to many transformational discoveries about himself and the power of love.

Since many of the inner experiences, particularly the spontaneous past life regressions documented are so extraordinary and un-relatable, I found myself feeling somewhat skeptical of some aspects of the content. Despite this, various insights that Don identifies through his account are of interest and worthy of contemplation regardless of the source of the revelation.
