I haven't tried any of these recipes yet, but I sure did enjoy looking through the cookbook. It has many appealing recipes that I will try along with beautiful photographs. I love to incorporate plant-based foods into my diet and this will be very helpful to reach that goal. I'll be buying the hard copy as soon as it is published!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this cookbook. This book offers a great variety of plant based recipes that I have not yet come across in other cookbooks. I love that the book sets you up with basic ingredients that you should have stocked in your kitchen as well as substitutes in case you forgot to grab something at the grocery store. I found it interesting the author doesn't use oil in her cooking and something I may incorporate in my cooking. I loved that these meals are very approachable and quick to throw together. I often find myself in cooking ruts and this is a book I will pick up over and over again to get inspired. Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for a copy of this book.

This is a great cookbook on plant based cooking. There are also nice photos and some tips to each recipe. Kim Campbell also goes in to great detail about the benefits of a plant based diet. This would be a good cookbook for beginners and the experienced in plant based cooking.

We have been trying to incorporate many more plant based foods into our diets for a while now but things were starting to get a bit stale and boring. This is just the kick start we need to reinvigorate our ideas. Everyone loves comfort foods.

I feel like this is the plant-based cookbook I've been looking for. I mainly eat vegetarian but I run out of ideas. Usually when I turn to a plant-based cookbook, the ingredients, and sometimes the end result of the recipe, aren't that appetizing, but this book makes me want to roll up my sleeves and make the recipes! I love the idea of comfort food also being healthy and these recipes fit the description perfectly.

While this book isn't for me, I can see it suiting people who are looking to eat more vegetables.

There's a lot of recipes in this book that focus on being plant-heavy. Some of the recipes seem time intensive, while others to me feel like whitewashed versions of non-plant based dishes that I enjoy more. For those who want a truly vegan version of common recipes or enjoy zoodles this book may be useful.

Great recipes for anyone trying to eat more plants. Lots of traditional American dishes that have been converted to plants only. Recipes seem super easy, though a fair amount require some kitchen tools that may be cost prohibitive for some.

There is a good variety of different recipes from enchiladas to chickpea tikka masala and lasagne. The book is full of helpful and supportive information including swapping ingredients in recipes to change flavours to suit individual requirements. Guidelines and options for replacing meat and diary for plant based ingredients are given. There is definitely something for everyone, and the book is a great reference guide as well as a recipe book.
