This was a novel I struggled to read, and originally wasn’t going to review but after taking it out from my library decided to give it a chance.
The premise seemed promising and full of potential, however the characters fell flat for me. It could be that I don’t read a lot of fantasy and don’t care for the genre, but I couldn’t get into it.
