This was a wonderful book to read about the long journey that the story of A Wrinkle in Time took to get made into a movie. I knew the original book had been published in the 1960s, but didn't realize that folks (Hand specifically) had been working on making it into a movie for almost 40 years before it was finally made. I'm so grateful for the dogged determination of Catherine Hand for making sure this story was translated to film and for her relating that story in this book.

This was pretty emotional for me to read - but I enjoyed it nontheless. This is a look into a memoir about a 10 year old girl. We were all 10 years old once. I thought this was great and very interesting.
