How to Catch a Garden Fairy by Alice Walstead is one of the newest in the "How to Catch a" series. A cute, fun additional that will sure to be a favorite for children. I know I will definitely recommend this one and add it to my classroom library. The illustrations are bright and engaging to help young readers create pictures in their imaginations.

A very fun and colorful book that children will really enjoy! After all, who doesn't love fairies, especially ones who have a pet unicorn and can make colorful zebras and such. The story and the illustrations are great. I can find no fault with this book but I also feel like it wasn't enough for four or five stars.

What a wonderful and whimsical book! I loved how enchanting the little Garden Fairy is, doing all these tasks we never think of to keep the magic and the creatures happy. This book is great for any kid's age, although my 2 and 4 year old both loved it to bits.

Adorable and entertaining! It is fun to see how the featured creature finds way to avoid being sighted by the curious children. These books are a favorite in our household and this one did not disappoint! A hit with the littles as always!

Once again, a great addition to this series! I love that the series teaches about more than just simple and well know creatures, but gets specific and stays super fun with it!

How to catch a Garden Fairy is a wonderful children’s book written about a fairies adventure with zebras, unicorns and mermaids all trying to catch the garden fairies. A bright and colorful book. My favorite being the zebras. I cannot wait to show the book to my granddaughter.

I feel this book will encourage the kids to enjoy the outdoors more and see the actual magic of what’s there outside our houses!

The illustration is pure magic! It’s colourful and full of unicorn vibes!

There’s so much to explore reading this book together with the kids.

This is a super cute book! My son loved all of the different mythical creatures. He wishes he had a pet unicorn now. He also laughed so hard when the fairy farts and her ears wiggle.

These How To Catch books are a family favourite! We love getting a new book for (mostly) every occasion and/or rereading our favourites throughout the year! My daughter was so excited when I stumbled upon a couple new ones here on NetGalley! We really enjoyed this new Garden Fairy story which will be a perfect gift after its spring release. I have read a few children’s books from NetGalley and my only complaint is that the NetGalley Shelf app, as well as the Kindle app, do not convert the book well. Pictures are small and the text does not always correspond. This makes it difficult for the littles to follow along and enjoy the book as much. Please keep this series going because we simply cannot get enough!

I have used the “how to catch a …” books in speech therapy throughout the past several years and this book does not disappoint! The setting and characters felt so magical! I really loved the engaging illustrations and fun rhymes!
