What a sweet and wonderful book. This story by Patty Sullivan who was a companion to Betty White for many years. It truly is a love letter to Betty and her life.
I stayed up all night reading it. Once I started, I couldn't put it down.

-Betty White was a beloved American Icon, and I loved learning more about her from people close to her.

-I loved that she really focused on balancing social and alone time.

-It was so fun to learn about her involvement with seeing eye dogs, and how that lead to her friendship with the author.

-No spoilers, but her involvement with saving the sea otters had me in tears.

-It was fun to learn about how she almost didnt do The Proposal, which is one of my favorite movies.

I, like so many, am a huge fan of Betty White. It was an honor to read this book, and share in some of her Pearls of Wisdom.

This was such a sweet and thought provoking books. Betty lived a life I think so many aspire too, she was truly a remarkable person.

This book was also great in that I really learned more about Betty’s passions, and that made me like her all the more.

Betty White’s Pearls of Wisdom was an incredible and moving book.

A book you can pick up any time and return to over and over. We lost a treasure when Betty died, but her pearls of wisdom remain with us. I so appreciated this delightful book - a lovely insight instinBettys world

Absolutely loved the tribute and all the stories about our golden girl. It was interesting to see the perspective from a true friend. She never truly let age get in the way of what she wanted or needed to do. She was a true hero for all the humanitarian work she achieved and tried to always have a positive outlook on life. I know Betty would approve

I knew Betty White was an actress, and her love for animals, but Patty Sullivan tells us about Betty White through the love and friendship she had with her. As Patty Sullivan says, the pearls of wisdom she imparted that forever transformed their lives, she is sharing with us.
The connections Betty White made through her life, with humans and animals, made an impact. Betty was famous, but she was caring, down to earth, and she was there, for so many things. What I like most is the connections she had, she made the best of things, and she found the beauty and the best in everything.
This book, is a book that I savored, like Betty savored life, I took my time reading, and did enjoy her pearls of wisdom. It is a reminder that life is what you make it, she lived every minute of her life and she stayed true to herself. She was an inspiration.

Betty was a powerful force when it came to animal rights, and would help them in any and every way she could. Many of those stories are public knowledge, but here we learn about her own pets, along with behind-the-scenes glimpses of her work with a variety of charity causes.

It's clear that this book was a labor of love for Patty Sullivan. It's written in a gentle, rich, beautiful style. The love expressed is contagious!

Reading Tip: I enjoyed one "Pearl" each evening during my last-cup-of-tea and winding down time. It was a pleasant way to spend time in the company of a woman we all miss dearly. I highly recommend reading this during your own quiet, contemplative times. It's not a novel to speed your way through. Linger over it.

This book shows what a loving and caring person Betty white was while she was alive from her love of animals to helping people out. This book was approved by netgalley and the publisher for me to read and review.

Lovely look at Betty White and parts of her life through the eyes of her friends Tom and Patty. Friends since the 70’s with Betty and husband Allen, we are shown small glimpses into the love of her husband, the tv shows and Betty’s love of all animals. A very nice book that only shows that Betty was as wonderful as we’ve all thought. A must read for any Betty White fan.

What a a sweet tribute to Betty White & her remarkable life. I enjoyed reading about these special moments shared by a close family friend. This tribute was so fitting for the woman we all loved.

Amazing! I loved the fact that this basically told her life story! It was fun. It made me cry. And I read it instead of sleeping! Great book!
