A cookbook that dives into the national parks of America! The book is divided up by region, which is nice since some things are more regional than national (like key lime). There is also history intermixed throughout. Most recipes have pictures, which is great.

This Splendid Cookbook is full of great interesting recipes and wonderful photos. These are not everyday camp cooking recipes for the most part. These are pretty special. I'm trying to pick something to fix for tomorrow's dinner right now.
