i was excited to read this book, however unfortunately i did not find it engaging and struggled to finish it. There are lots of self help books / audios out there for sleep. I didn't particularly think this book provided any different type of affirmations that have not already been read or seen.

This was such a cosy read. Great for anyone wanting to get into the theories behind dreams. It was well written and informative. I read this book fast, it was brilliant.

Dreams is a wonderful little book with affirmations made to be read before going to sleep, as a positive habit to make you meditate a bit and help relax your mind. Loved it.

Sweet book to read before bed. I found the passages to be quite soothing to read while relaxing at night. The colors even were very calming.

Fantastic little book that is a great help for sleep troubles. I can definitely recommend this, it’s simple, well presented and so helpful, perfect calming technique book bed

Dreams is a self-help book that encourages readers to connect with themselves on a deeper level by using meditation and affirmations. I enjoyed this simple guide, it was a great addition to my nightly routine. I also appreciated the journal prompts for deeper reflection. This book is a mix of quotes, phrases to meditate on, and a guided journal all focused on rest and relaxation. I liked that each page has one quote or phrase as a header, meaning if that is all you have the energy for you can just focus on that and what it means to your rest. If you feel like more you can read the small paragraph or two that follow. These usually guide meditation on the header and sometimes have a prompt for response or action.
This is a good book if you want to work on getting to a more restful state of mind at the end of the day, or at any time of the day. It is very positive and full of self-affirmations.

One affirmation for every night followed by a small reflection that will help you end your day JUST RIGHT. ✨️

This is a really lovely little book. It's full of affirmations and little exercises to help you sleep by helping you see your time to rest as self-care and ways in which doing a little self-care ( in this case having better sleep) can help all the other aspects of your life that might be suffering by you not getting enough rest.
The exercises are really useful and you end up having a little journal that you can go back and reflect on when needed. The layout really suits the book and the blocks of colour are really nice. Definitely, something I will recommend.

This is a lovely guide to how to meditate for better dreams and how meditation can change your perspective. It denotes 100 affirmations for better sleep. These are broken down into 4 categories: worthiness, habit changes, switch off & relax and release pressure & expectations. These meditations are set up to guide you to better sleep regarding of why you are struggling to achieve the most peaceful sleep possible.

Full of loving and positive energy 🌕 I adore the colours and illustrations. Dreaming is one of life's greatest pleasures that I love to indulge in. And these affirmations are sure to bring happy ones.

This cute little book includes lovely line art that echoes the sentiments in the affirmations. There are several sections to you can work on aspects of your life such as worthiness. Each day has a simple affirmation and a short discussion about it. This is quick and easy and you can meditate on your affirmation as long as you want.

Very Positive Affirmations

Elicia Rose Trewick states that self-care is vital for our overall well-being, and sleep is one of the best ways that we can take care of ourselves. She, further, states that the better we feel within ourselves, the more we have to offer to all areas of our life, and feeling better within yourself often begins with making sure our needs are taken care of.

Even though we all have different schedules and paces of life, the author states that it is always possible to find the time to practice some form of self-care, even if we only have
ten minutes to yourself. This book contains 100 positive and relaxing affirmations and exercises designed to explore our current beliefs about rest and relaxation, that will increase feelings of worthiness around taking the time
to tend to your needs.

This is a great book of affirmations for anyone to end the day with and have a very enjoyable, peaceful, and restful night.

The Illustrations that accompany the text are beautiful. The concept is simple and easy for anyone to follow. They’re also short so they can be done by anyone with a busy schedule. The prompts are a great way to consider small things you could do to ensure you’re taking care of yourself. I think the affirmations could be useful towards you valuing your rest more but I’m not sure that they would actually make you sleep better. Overall, I think the affirmations can definitely help change people’s mindset towards rest.

If you are looking for a quick feel-good, or some nuggets of advice to help you sleep better, that's what you will find here. Affirmations and journal prompts included to encourage you to delve deeper into other parts of your well-being. Let's face it. Everything in your life has some effect on your sleep quality, good or bad.

I was disappointed in things like dark pink text on light pink background causing readability issues.

Cute boho-style line-art included.

Overall, I'd say this is a light bit of self-help for sleep issues, which is definitely a good thing as opposed to a heavy tome analyzing all the science.
