Thrilling book with great insight into the world of spies and espionage, written by someone who knows first hand. A little slow in parts and heavy on some of the less-exciting details of spy work, but still held my attention and I enjoyed it. This was my first experience with Jack Beaumont's writing and I look forward to more of his work.

Entertaining espionage thriller. Lots of authenticity in the narrative. Engaging story and shows both the professional and personal life of the main character. I enjoyed it and look forward to what follows.

Very enjoyable. Great spy novel. Right up there with Lecarré the author’s experience as a spy added an interesting element.
