One of the best thrillers I have read in some time! The author is very clever at bringing in twists at a consistent pace while saving the most surprises for later in the book. This is the second novel of her that I have read and truly enjoyed. There were some surprises along the way of the dots being connected. Overall, Dark Corners is a gripping thriller that kept me turning the pages.
A special thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Great read! Well developed characters, and I was guessing until the end! Have read books by this author before, and this did not disappoint!
Thank you St. Martin’s Press and NetGalley for this ARC! I didn’t even request this book but I am so glad it was sent to me!
Podcaster Rachel Krall is back! Rachel is summoned to Florida by the FBI to assist in a new case, regarding Terence Bailey, a convict.
Terence is days away from being released from prison after a 6 year sentence. He is linked to multiple disappearances and presumed murders of young women.
Rachel is thrown into the middle of the investigation as it takes wild twists and turns.
This book absolutely had me on the edge of my seat. If you loved Rachel Krall in Night Swim, you’ll love her even more in Dark Corners.
