This book is just amazing. The way is set up even for a digital reading it’s really interesting and easy to follow through everything.
Plus the quality of the content inside it’s great. All the colourful recipes and easy to follow instructions make for a perfect gift and must have magazine in any kitchen, even the ones that only use it once a month.

I am vegetarian and moving towards going vegan. It includes some of the best recipes for breakfast, main dishes, snacks, desserts and also CAKES!!

"Nourishing Vegan Every Day" by Amy Lanza is a beautiful cookbook. I am not vegan but I do dabble in adding vegetarian and vegan recipes into my family's meal rotation and this book definitely earns a spot on my bookshelf. Each recipe is beautifully photographed and the pictures are truly mouth-watering. Recipes are easily achievable and will not require visiting a specialty shop. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to try vegan food or who already embraces a vegan lifestyle and just needs to expand their repertoire of delicious vegan recipes.

This was a complete book of easy to follow recipes but really healthy and as the title says nourishing. Loved the photos and thought it was quite a good mix of recipes.
Great recipes for anyone looking to add more veg meals to their diet. Easy introduction to vegan baking and fun inspiration for every meal time.

This is a beautiful book.
This book has a variety of recipes from snacks to desserts and meals. There's nice pictures of the food. The recipes are in cups and grams which is nice. Some of the recipes are time intensive and maybe not for me, but there's some interesting and hearty recipes in this book. There's a lot of plant-based bowls and tofu-ful meals.
Overall an interesting find.
Tons of great recipes! Easy to follow directions. Recipes for every occasion. From needing to eat a solo lunch, to entertaining guests with a falafel or cheese board, to fancy looking cupcakes and cakes.
Nourishing Vegan Every Day by Amy Lanza provides some interesting recipes and suggestions if you're looking to eat a more plant-based diet and the photographs are particularly inviting.
This is one of the most visual appealing vegan cookbooks I have ever read. I eat with my eyes and I was so inspired to try the recipes because of how they were presented. I also think a lot of vegan cook books fall flat due to a lack of variety, but not this one. I especially appreciated notes on how to substitute with gluten free products. Very well done and highly recommended.
