In a time when Disney bashing is commonplace, this is a nice look at the expectations set by Van France, the creator of Disney U, At the staff training program created by Mr. France, Cast Members learn about the Disney culture that, at least at one time, set the company apart. This Disney Way made Disney the corporate leader in customer service. Today companies (including Disney) focus far more on the bottom line, ignoring the fact that stellar employees will lead to greater profits. This is a quick business management title, that most will likely enjoy.

Loved this book. Actually took the chapter summaries and typed them up to use in my store. I thought that the content was fantastic and it was presented in a very reader friendly format. Highly recommend to any leader!

As someone who studies Training and Development, I really found this book an interesting insight into the training process at Disney. I've been a fan of Disney University from afar for years, so having the opportunity to see how they make the magic was a great experience. Highly recommend.
