Way way overwritten and emotional. The first chapter is people in a line to buy coffee. So much import. So many weighty thoughts. So much reading other people's lives into how they look and the people who say hello to them. Then BANG, next chapter on to combat life and death. G.D. Covert really could use a different team of beta readers.
