I throughly enjoyed this well written Christmas romance. Believable characters and a great plot. My thanks to the publisher for my advance ebook. This is my unbiased review.
James does an excellent job in writing this fast-paced and warm-hearted Christmas romance. An enjoyable Christmas read with very well formed and likable characters. Can a Zebra change his spots is an age old question. James shows in this delightful romance than one can truly reform his ways. This was my first read by this author and I am sure it will not be my last.

A sweet holiday romance, of second chances and perseverance.
Reed Archer returns to his hometown a changed man after the death of his father, to take up the family mantle.
Ann Wright is content to use her talents to bless others, she is unconcerned about marriage despite her mother's matchmaking plans.
An enjoyable Christmas read, with likable characters and a sweet storyline. I liked how Reed has come a long way from the man he was before, and talked openly about his faith. I liked that he didn't give up and was persistent.

Reed has a lot for which to atone as most people believe he is like his abusive and mean, but deceased father. He has been away from year and returns a Christian wanting to let people know of his conversion. His childhood friendship with Amy did not endure the test of time. They both spent time at her grandfather’s knee learning about life and woodcarving.
As Reed strives to overcome his past and win Amy’s heart, there are numerous people and situations that act against them. You will enjoy this is clean, Christian romance that will give you a light-hearted afternoon of reading.
The Woodcarver's Snow-kissed Christmas by Izzy James was a Christian novella mostly set during the Christmas season. It was a real to life situation with a life changing experience. It’s always encouraging to see someone changed by Jesus.
It was my first read by the author and I enjoyed it. I thought the cover lovely.
Thanks NetGalley
"Wood carving can tell ye a lot about a man. Ye tell a man by the grain. And ye can’t see the grain until ye remove the bark."
Reed Archer invites his old friend Ann Wright and her family to spend the Christmas in his house. Anna has not seen him for many years and she is cautious about his past. But her parents want her to marry him. So, he has got twelve days to convince her that he has changed and he is not like his father.
A short story about changes, second chances, forgiveness, hope and love. I loved the fierce Ann and the cute Reed. I enjoyed the plot, the characters and the messages the author wants to pass.
