A highly focused, yet somehow still meandering, title. I can only reread the word Trust so many times before I feel like I am being part of a new wave therapy project. This is a work that reads like an overlong graduate level philosophy paper, in which the professor decided to jack the word count x20 for the final week. It isn't bad in spirit, but I could have told everything this book wanted me to know about it after reading the introduction.
