XQ is a new dimension in the world coming alone with IQ and EQ. This brings a lot of sense in today's world with the focus on growth mindset. Experiential Intelligence is a simple, intuitive concept based on the book. It does seem simple to start doing straight away. The idea that our experiences shape our mindsets, abilities, and know-how and the key objective for us is start acting. This book does provide all necessary took and guidelines for this starting from testing your XQ to the path of developing and growing to your strength. The concepts can be applied to self, team and company.

Intriguing and well- written introduction to another 'Q' - XQ - experiential intelligence. I've seen similar ideas in the work of Michael Hall, creator of Neurosemantics - but this is easier to read. Being able to turn abstract knowledge into working practice is also a staple of NLP but i suspect this book is going to accessed by many people who find that field too esoteric.
