This was a fun Christian book. I love how the main character jumps through different time lines. It makes the story interesting. It also was I threshing because it deals with the medical field. Both my sister and mother work in the medical field so I can relate because I work around people this book was approved by netgalley and the publisher for me to read and review.

Absolutely superb! A wonderful second novel in this series by Gabrielle Meyer, and I think (if it is possible, because the first one was so good) this is even better! Wonderful, captivating writing gives this novel the depth and ability to pull in any reader. Vivid, descriptive story-telling, with interesting characters that have depth to them, and are skillfully rendered. This was the absolute perfect romance I was looking for, it had all the warm feels and was just so wonderful. I actually read it again right after I finished it because I loved it that much. Valentine's day isn't too far away, and I promise you, this book should be on your list to read for it! I loved everything about this book, and highly recommend it! Ten stars! Thank you to Netgalley and the Publisher - what a treat this was to read!

4.5 STARS

Like a lot of readers, I've been looking forward to this story since the second I finished the first in the series, When the Day Comes! What an amazing and unique series this is!

I loved following Maggie through 1861, 1941, and 2001 in her paths. The writing and flow of the book was as great as the first one. Sometimes it felt like I couldn't read fast enough! I had to know which path she would choose!

What keeps me from giving this a full five stars is a little disappointment, but I can't say what, how, or when this disappointment came without spoilers.

That said, When the Day Comes holds a super special place in my heart, and I'm glad we got to see more of the time-crossing premise with Maggie. I feel like there will be another book in the series, and I hope I'm right!

(I received a copy in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.)
