What an exciting 2nd part of the series "An invitation to Seashell Bay" by Bella Osborne! I read it super fast. I am an absolute fan of all the books by Bella Osborne and everytime I see a new one from her, I know I have to read it! I can't wait to read the rest of this series of book and see where the adventure of Nancy will bring us! 4 stars out of 5 for me!
Part two of this four-part series is just as hilarious as the first one. Picking up exactly where we left off at the end of part one, Nancy has a broken wrist after a clumsy fall out of the dressing room while taking the curtain with her. An all-important presentation has Nancy worrying after her staff all comes down sick at the same time. With her unable to do the job correctly because of injury she must rely on new-hire Freddy and that may be trouble because they don't get on well. Nancy has to leave the running of her business to seemingly uncaring Freddy. Will this be her downfall?
I am totally loving these serialized installments. The descriptions had me laughing out loud as I read and my family looking at me like I was crazy. This is the sunshiny happy read you need. The perfect quick relaxation read.

Part 2 didn’t disappoint, unfortunately read in triple quick time!!
Continuing the story of Nancy and her wool and craft business, along with her flat mate Alice with altogether very different life and issues at school as a teaching assistant.
Yay onto part 3!
Loving these books but wish I’d read as a whole.
BELLA OSBORNE - AN INVITATION TO SEASHELL BAY.
PART TWO - TIED UP IN KNOTS.
This is part two of what will be one full length novel.
If you want to read in parts, you need to read in order, or you’ll be a tad confused.
So… firstly… what a stunningly beautiful cover. It’s so pretty and to be honest, I’d buy a copy just to put on a shelf and look gorgeous.
Part two catches up with Nancy who urgently needs to secure funding for her crafting business.
After a silly accident leaves her out of action. Nancy is left with no option other than to rely on the help of her assistant, Freddy.
Nancy isn’t sure about Freddy and she isn’t convinced that he can or will save her business.
I loved part one of this book, and part two didn’t disappoint.
Bella Osborne writes with such warmth and humour.
I adore her books, they never fail to leave we with a happy sigh and a big smile on my face.
i can’t wait to read part three of An Invitation To Seashell Bay.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
With thanks to Netgalley and Avon Books Uk for a digital arc of this title.
Picking up where the first part left off with the lives of Freddie and Nancy, I devoured this quickly! The character development is great and I’m really enjoying their stories - definitely left me wanting more! Warm, witty, a great summer read!
Part two of this book is a great continuation of this story.
Again we follow Nancy and her flatmate Alice on their separate journeys.
I thoroughly enjoyed this and can't wait for parts three and four.
Thanks to netgalley and the publishers for this read.
A lovely addition to the series I really love the story and the setting. I can't wait to see where it takes us next!
I really love the cosiness of the craft shop and with a little bit of added drama with freddy its a great little story!
This is another entertaining and compelling story. I was glad to catch up with the characters and can't wait to read the rest of the story.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine
Nancy and Alice both face challenges in this second installment of the series. Nancy's got a broken arm and she actually needs Freddy's help-and he steps up. Alice's parents are difficult to say the least and there's something not quite right with her heath (but what?). Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. This still has all the smiles but it's a bit more serious so I'm very much looking forward to part 3.
Well, I was waiting for Part Two and it didn’t disappoint. An easy, quick, fun read, but this time fraught with problems for the main characters Nancy and Alice. This part sees both of them out of their comfort zones and having to ask for help. Nancy learns more about Freddy and his family and even her cat has a starring role. Ending on a cliff hanger which has me waiting for Part Three.
I enjoyed the second instalment of this book just as much as the first
Can't wait to find out what happens next.
Loved it!! The second part was just as entertaining as the previous. For all of Freddy's flaws with "working" an actual job, he's a pretty sweet guy. I can definitely see him as a potential love interest for Nancy. It was quite hilarious when he kept asking Nancy to make stuff with her broken arm, just to prove a point. Percy is scary and I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley or on the gorgeous grounds of Freddy's family home. At least they had an orangery to dash into. It wasn't a big shock when Nancy learns the truth about the contracts. Loved Otto and Carrie together. I can understand why Alice doesn't want to live with her parents. They never listen to what she is actually saying. Can't wait to find out what is wrong with Alice. Her nearly passing out wasn't caused by carrying Cindy after the dog refused to walk. I can't wait for the next book.
Definitely recommend the book. Loved the characters, writing style and story. I was smiling and laughing constantly while reading this. As soon as I started reading this series, I knew I would love it. Can't wait to see what happens next with Alice and Nancy!!!! Look forward to reading more books by the author.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Avon Books UK through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
I enjoyed An Invitation to seashell Bay Part1, so I was really pleased when Harper Collins offered me Part 2 of the story. It was great to continue the story of Nancy, Alice and Freddie. This part focused more on the characters, while Part 1 set the scene and focused more on Nancy’s job. As Nancy broke her wrist at the end of part one, she found she was unable to look after herself, so Freddie drove her to his parents to be cared for. There were many amusing anecdotes, my favourite being when Nancy initially met Freddie’s grandfather. I enjoyed Part 2 even more than Part 1. It is a short amusing story and I am looking forward to reading the next episode in the story.
I would like to thank NetGalley and Harper Collins for the opportunity to read this entertaining story..
We love Bella and we love a new Bella book. This is part 2 of the new book and I love it. This gives you more meat to the story. Helps you get to know the characters alot more and is a very enjoyable part 2. I can't wait to read the next installment
It was an absolutely uplifting and joyful read. I enjoyed curling up with this feel-good book and loved that it was pure escapism and perfect for those summer evenings. I enjoyed the characters and their interactions.

Time is running out for Nancy to save her future…
Nancy needs to secure investment for her craft business – and fast. When an opportunity comes up that’s too good to miss, she prepares for the biggest pitch of her life.
But when a clumsy accident leaves Nancy injured and unable to give the all-important presentation, she needs someone to step up to the plate to help her. With most of her team away, there’s only one person Nancy can turn to – her useless new assistant, Freddy, who Nancy is convinced doesn’t care about either her or the business.
Forced to ask Freddy for help, Nancy is terrified about leaving the fate of her business in his unreliable hands. But she has no other choice – the show must go on.
Will Freddy be able to step up to the plate when Nancy needs him?
Or will her suspicions about him be proven right after all?
My Opinion
An Invitation to Seashell Bay is being released in four parts. This is the second part and the first part must be read before starting this book. We begin with Nancy being clumsy and breaking her arm in two places - this means that Nancy needs more help than she is willing to ask for. It was lovely reading more about Nancy, Freddy and All Things Crafty.
Can Nancy secure the funding that she needs? So far An Invitation to Seashell Bay is shaping up to be an entertaining read. I am eagerly awaiting the third instalment of this book - I am not sure I have the patience to read a book released in four parts.
Rating 4/5
Another beautiful part of the seashell bay series. I really hope there will be more from this. I loved it. The first part made me want more and my quench was quenched by this part. Now I want more
I was so,pleased to receive the second part if this story so quickly after I’d read and loved oart one. This funny and entertaining story continues on from the first one. The relationship between Nancy and Freddy is priceless and I’m intrigued to find out what happens next in their relationship. I do hope it’s not long before I get these last two, parts. My thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review.
Nancy finds herself with a broken wrist and soon finds that she has to rely on Freddie.
Freddie invites her to stay at his country manor and she begins to learn a lot more about him.
Are her plans for all things crafty about to be dashed or will they go from strength to strength?
