This a cute black and white book on everything Halloween from pumpkins. bats, witches and more all done in black and white pictures. They are very cute illustrations that will excite your child. This is a great beginning words or reading book. It is short enough to hold interest but long enough to educate. The good thing about this book is it is not scary in any way the characters are more whimsical.

Boooook! is a high contrast book that is good for infant readers with developing eyesight. The black and white colors and clear shapes help young readers see the pictures. This Halloween story can be read at any time. The book features lots of adjectives to support vocabulary development.

Throughout the book we meet different characters from Halloween like bats, skeletons and pumpkins. The book is told in a friendly text in bold basic patterns for young developing eyes.

This is a quick read for toddlers. These drawings are fun and none of it iss very scary. It’s a nice seasonal book for young readers.

This cute little Halloween board book features familiar icons of the season depicted in bold black & white to enthrall the youngest "listeners." There's nothing scary about these adorable skeletons, bats, and witches. Even the zombie is not looking for anything but a chance to say "Hello."

Booook! is a baby book with a spooky theme. While the high-contrast art makes it great for babies with low vision, I found the text and illustrations lacking. The generic text was repetitive and the format and word choice inconsistent, while the clip-art-style illustrations left a lot to be desired.

This was a cute story, I loved the black and white idea it really added to the book!

I liked that this book it was short and sweet. The graphics were really great for a child who isn't able to see color yet since everything is in black and white. It was not creepy at all which is good because I personally wouldn't want a child to be scared of something in a big that meant for a younger age.

I love this one! The clear pictures are great for a family that loves spooky imagery. They are balanced with large patterns that are perfect for the littlest readers.

And this is one of those books, to help the little babies' eyes to focus more, thus enable them to concentrate more in the developing years. A fun and easy to read book, this book is not only to be offered on Halloween, but on all occasions.

I thought the book was really cute and my nephew seemed to like it (it held his attention, that’s the most we can expect as he’s a baby). The only thing that gave me pause was talking about the skeletons body in terms of weight/aesthetics (“looking thin, friendly skeleton”). I just think something else could have been used instead. More books these days are trying to stay away from anything related to body image like that. Otherwise, it was a cute book.

This is a simple board book for kids around Halloween. Technically it works, but this is not a book I would be buy. One line in a book with less than 30 word says “looking thin friendly skeleton”. This may seem like it’s nothing, but to me this is setting up children to start worrying about their size way too early. There could have been other things about a skeleton to say hi to other then the fact that it was thin. It just does not work at all and for that I will not buy nor recommend this book for anyone.

This was a cute little book for all the little spooky readers. The high contrast made is very easy on the eyes to read. I would recommend it to everyone as a lover of all things spooky. Thanks NetGalley for the ARC!

My little guy would have LOVED this when he was just getting into books! The start contrast makes it easy to tell what everything is and who doesn’t love Halloween?

This one was a cute little board-style book for beginning readers or the littlest of our library patrons. The high contrast works well for visual engagement and there's just enough text to tell a short story.

I have a couple of students who have Cortical Vision Impairment and this book would be an awesome resource to have in my classroom during the fall season. The pictures and words are perfect in that they are simple, stand out and do not overwhelm the reader.

Cute Halloween themed book, filled with things kids love about Halloween. Not scary, but cute. Ghosts, pumpkins, witches, all in high contrast black and white, with very little text that would be fun to read aloud for the little one.
