This forced marriage premise book had all the feels and brought all the action. Great character dynamics and emotional. A great read.

I loved this book! Such a good read.

Was short and to the point, had great characters, amazing spice, and a good plot.

I really enjoyed the FMC. I found her loyalty to her family to be very refreshing. The relationship between the FMC and the MMC was 🔥 and the story was very fast-paced and high energy!

I would definitely recommend this book if you like spicy dark romances 🤗

Great read, I was just blown away by everything in this book and need to read more by this author. Needless to say I am an instant huge fan!

This book is short and fast-paced. A entertaining mafia romance that ends in a HEA. It also definitely eludes to a second book involving secondary characters or a series.

I wish there was more angst, more grovelling. Viktor falls for her so quickly. I feel like as the Mafia man he is he would be more against it. But because he falls for her quickly we get spice quickly and lots of it.

There's a revenge sub plot for his father's death as well.

For being Bratva Mafia, I wish it was a bit longer with more "mafia" aspect as well.

Overall I enjoyed the story it was an easy read.

Alexandra is from a Russian family and is preparing for her wedding day. She has dreamed of this day her whole life. As she's getting ready to walk out, a man comes and announces he will be marrying her. Viktor is a Russian mobsters son and agrees to marry Alexandra after his father is murdered. His father Boris was supposed to marry her. Alexandra's parents arranged for the marriage. Viktor is taking over his fathers business as pakhan. When Viktor learns that Alexandra's father owed Boris money, he is positive he is responsible for Boris death. He believes Alexandra is part of it and will destroy her father if its true. But Alexandra will stop at nothing to prove her fathers innocence.

I honestly didn't believe this would be as good as it was. Suspense. Explicit sex. Short but will keep you on the edge of your seat. Viktor was hot and cold. Alexandra was a little too naive and in my opinion a little spoiled.

Savage Boss is the first book that I've read by Bella Ash. It's pretty short but I still enjoyed it nevertheless. I honestly didn't expect to love this book so much. The chemistry between the couple is just *chef kiss*. Highly recommend!

The book had an interesting premise but I unfortunately did not enjoy the book as much as I hoped I would. I enjoy reading about strong fmc and this fmc was portrayed as the opposite. The writing style was also not for me and the story felt extremely rushed.

Alexandra Volken was raised to be a mafia princess and has been looking forward to being married. On the day of her wedding, the man to be her groom is killed and though he was older she was doing it to help the family. The man's son Viktor claims her and then later thinks her father is the person that killed his father. This can be a difficult book at times but if you downloaded the book you knew what you were doing. I liked the story and it had some twists and turns along the way. Overall a good book with good characters.

Super spicy. Loved the story and characters. Progressed steadily and had great character development.

Strong & impressive character and I really appreciate that about this book. It was an easy read and I read it in one sitting. It was fast paced and had scenes that have me in a chokehold. So if you're looking for some mafia romance, then this is the book for you. You'll absolutely love it.

As for plot, it got as predictable as possible. It had a fair part of cliches but it didn't get boring for me because I was simply looking for some swoon-worthy romance.

The characters had great chemistry but I feel like they had so much more potential.

I don't know how many versions of this review I have deleted by now, but as it's being published tomorrow I really need to get this review written (I don't believe in not reviewing books I have received for free).

If you like the stereotypical naive younger girls marrying older men type of story, then this book could be for you. Building a story around a young woman being treated like property and being offered to the highest bidder just doesn't work for me, although she does end up with the son, so in a way that was positive.

The writing is promising and some of the characters (Roman and Elena!) could be interesting to learn more about, but I'm not sure this book will hook readers to get the rest of the books in the Sokolov Bratva series.

I don't think I have ever read an arranged marriage novel where the female actually wanted to do it for her family. Especially to a man much, much older than herself. Luckily that is not how this one turned out for her.. In this novel Viktor does really care about Alexandra, you can see it in the small subtle things he does. However, he is a straight up ass with his emotions set to bipolar. So while the novel was very *Spicy*, it was also very easy to know what was coming next.

I do think there are a couple things missing from this novel and that Alexa gets stuck in her head too much.. . Viktor gets mad at her for the simplest things that could have been totally avoided if "house rules" were laid down, which to me makes sense for a man of that type of power. Her being 100% in love with him even though he is an ass right off the bat drove me insane. How do you love someone who treats you like that? Also, it is never completely solved.. You learn who did it, but there is no justice, no answer as to why they were framed, it is just a big incomplete cliff hanger that still leaves all characters in danger.

So while the storyline was well planned out, the execution could have been better. This would be a good soft mafia read for anyone looking to dip their toes into the genre. My personal opinion is that it is too soft for a mafia novel, no one is even shot at..

This book was okay. The characters were overly stereotypical, which is generally typical of the genre but thus felt a bit excessive. However despite that it was a good story. While the steamy parts were definitely steamy, they didn't distract from the story. Definitely an okay read but easily forgettable.

Mafia, Arranged Marriage, and an unexpected death! The bride’s family is blamed for the death, but she doesn’t believe that it was them. The bride and groom fight each other tooth and nail, but eventually together they figure out who the killer is.

I thought this book was very rushed and cringe. I dont know, It wasnt' for me. I feel like the romance wasn't exactly believable and I wish I liked it more because the concept is fantastic.

This is an arranged marriage mafia book. Alexa acts like a child, a spoiled one. I didn’t liked her behavior but all in all, it’s a good story. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Mafia Romance that failed to move me in the chemistry department, but the story is passable and realistic.

The characters are genuine and have a good/ interesting relationship, but even though there are bedroom scenes they felt wooden and not much emotion, as did other areas of the story.
It’s a shame because it could have been very good.
Obviously this is just one opinion, I suggest you read a selection of reviews before making your choice.
