An adorable story with adorable characters. And who wouldn't love little fairies helping in the garden ??? I also liked the art of the author.
A really fun read !
This was cute. I also thought the message of the story was incredibly heartwarming. But overall this story didn't do much for me personally and I think it's quite forgetable as well. I do still recommend it as it is a cute, fun time but it's nothing that stands out for me.
This is perfect to read on a swinging bench in the Spring time. Whimsical and sweet, this story is of a sprite helping a fellow gardener and friendship. The illustrations are absolutely GORGEOUS and The Sprite and Gardener is suitable for a younger audience ^_^
The Sprite and the Gardener is a heartwarming story about nature, community, and how things used to be and how they can be now.
The insanely gorgeous artwork draws you in from the first page and makes it hard to turn the page every time. The character design is beautiful and Wisteria is the cutest sprite you could ever imagine. I now want my own flower garden with all the sprites even though I don’t have an ounce of gardening talent in me.
*Many thanks to NetGalley and author(s)/publisher for sending me an arc in exchange for an honest review*
This was very cute, and the illustrations were beautiful. I really enjoyed the premise, but do wish there would've been a bit more to the story.
This was a very cute graphic novel. It reminded me of these little books I read as a kid about flower fairies.
The drawing style was very bright and beautiful.
What a cute but sadly not for me story, I’m not sure why I thought I’d love this. My friends who have read an advanced reader of this loved it just was not for me
The Sprite and the Gardener is a super heartwarming graphic novel. As someone who loves plants, this really touched my heart. The illustrations are gorgeous and I really loved how simple this book is. I read this in one sitting, and I adored the themes of friendship, kindness, and gentleness. If you are a fan of the Tea Dragon Society series, you will love this one too!

Once upon a time sprites were the caretakers of the gardens. Humans however changed this. However Wisteria, a sprite and the main character begins to question about how everything has changed and she discovers her powers.
This was a beautifully illustrated graphic novel, how ever I found the font, while beautiful a little hard to read. Overall this was an amazing story with beautiful illustrations.
**Big thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the eARC copy in exchange for an honest review.
This was a sweet graphic novel. The plot is clear but I wish it had been developed more. I love that the end included the original one panel comic.

This was extremely cute but also extremely short. I really enjoyed the drawings and the story though. Completely adorable from beginning to end. All I can say is that I want more.
this was the shortest review ever, I'm sorry.
Stunning Graphic Novel. It was such a sweet take with nature and magic and love. The artwork was top notch. All around loved this book
Such a beautiful graphic novel. The story was sweet. I love nature and magic so this was right up my alley. I also really enjoyed the artwork and whimsical color pallet. All around great read.
The perfect quick read for Spring. The illustrations are lovely and bright. The story is wholesome and caring. I truly hope there is more to these garden sprites because I could see a whole series of books for all the sprites. Each deserve their own short tale on their own.
The Sprite and the Gardener creates a beautifully rendered, magical world. The art in this book is lush and delicious. Themes of urbanisation and the end of collectivism add gravity to a book/concept that could just be light and airy.
A magical and magnificently drawn tale of how a little rule-breaking can lead to good things.
Thank you NetGalley for providing an ARC.
I requested this graphic novel because gardening has become a hobby of mine over the past few years. I also grew up with stories of animals and fairies tending gardens when humans aren't watching, so it seemed perfectly suited to me. I was not disappointed. It was such a delight to read a sweet anime-style graphic novel with pure appreciation for nature, and no trope of industrialisation or destruction. I love the full-circle nature of this novel, and read it twice in a row, because it is that lovely!
The Sprite and the Gardener is a visually stunning graphic novel that works for adults and teens alike. The themes of teamwork and togetherness are timeless and executed beautifully here. Our main character is Wisteria, a sprite who secretly sets out to help a human restore their garden to its former glory. Its as sweet as candy, and is much as about building community as it is gardening. I loved it, and recommend it to anyone who is trying to lift their spirits. It is pure joy. I also love anything that celebrates the joy of gardening and the beauty of nature. I think this is a really simple concept that works so well because of the vibrant art and delightful character designs, and I am happy to read and recommend whatever these artists do.
The art style of "The Sprite and the Gardener" is a blend of ethereal beauty and childlike whimsy and the story's message of friendship and community is charming and uplifting. I loved the theme of acceptance and collaboration both within the sprites and between the sprites and humans. This graphic novel is truly just lovely.

Oh wow this was so cute!!! Perfect for fans of The Tea Dragon Society, this is a really beautiful graphic novel with the most gorgeous illustrations! It's a really gentle story that is so sweet and lovely, it was like a breath of fresh air. It was really heartwarming, with a message of helping out others just to see them happy, out of the kindness of your heart, without expecting anything back, and I just loved it. It was really adorable - I only wish it had been a little bit longer to strengthen the connection between the reader and characters.
