This is a very through and clear low cholesterol recipe book. It is very informative as well. I think people who are just deciding to take at taking control of their cholesterol will thoroughly enjoy this book.

A great book that explains how to make (and understand the components of) a great low-cholesterol meal. The recipes are easily adapted to adding more animal proteins for get-togethers or to make them more palatable for those in your family with lower cholesterol levels.
The recipes are well-written and very appealing to cooks of all levels: a great idea for Valentine's Day as it does have to do with the heart!
