An entertaining and intriguing romance with lots going on. Although part of a long series it can be read as a stand alone as the series has spread out much further than the immediate family and friends. Both character's are strong willed although different they suite each other well. It is quite fast paced from the beginning as it's a shorter story and has lots to get through. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

In the midst of danger, a serious crime that has been committed, and a race against time to retrieve stolen property, the Book of Love still works its magic! Deklan Quinton had a less than orthodox introduction to Grace Montford, but as far as she is concerned, she has nothing else to lose, except her own dignity. Deklan quickly realizes that Grace had been ignorant of her family's activities until the authorities descended upon their home and stripped it of anything of value. Nevertheless, Grace still holds a key to the whereabouts of the stolen item, in that she knows how her father and brother think and what is important to them. The fact that she is ostracized by the people she loves for doing the right thing is painful, but she does win the love and respect of those who matter. The novel is romantic, although suspenseful at times, and Deklan and Grace make the perfect couple as they work together to solve the crime and retrieve the crown. Falling in love is an added bonus and for the first time in his life, Deklan discovers that he can have everything he ever wanted. I received a copy of this delightful novel through Dragonblade Publishing and NetGalley and this is my honest and voluntary review

Thank you Dragonblade Publishing, Meara Platt and Netgalley for the copy in exchange for an honest review.

It's the first I've read by the author and when I opened the book I saw that she has a huge series of books. I would love to read another of hers.

I found this reading light, entertaining, funny. The kind that you need to clear your head and not think too much about what is happening. Because it doesn't have much background, the romance seems to happen quickly but at the same time it has a touch of slowburn because almost nothing really happens.

I would have liked there to be more development of the conflict, more action, more suspense, but that's a personal taste, it's what I look for in the stories but that's not why the story is bad. It is light, "pochoclera", as we say to the movies.

It reads super fast and I liked that the chapters are read from the perspective of both characters because it gives you a little more information about them and how they think which helps us develop the romance.

I'll be looking forward to other books by the author! :)

That magical book is at it again.
Grace Montford's brother and father have ruined the family name with their crimes. Now Grace and the rest of her family are paying the price. Even a totally innocent young woman is not going to be safe from the people who want what was stolen.
Deklan Quinton is an agent for the Crown and has been called in on special assignment. Little does he realise his whole family will be involved and just how much his life will change.
This is a wonderful, witty story filled with excitement and great characters. Our open hearted heroine with nothing left to lose is more than a match for an experienced loner who fights all enemies.
Great fun.

Their first meeting is a rude awakening. He had a mission to complete and she vows to assist. In the process of achieving their goals they saw each other while they discussed/debate love, life and marriage. Enjoyable read while one discovers who the main characters are.

I received an ARC from Netgalley and leaving my review voluntarily.

The sweet taming of a leopard. Deklan Quinton is the lone wildcat of the family. The pride of the Crown, top agent and protector. Once assigned to find the crown stolen by Grace Montford’s brother & father, he finds little choice but to protect her above all else. From their very first encounter she invades his mind & heart. Grace is everything sweet & compassionate, the very opposite of Deklan but that is what makes them fit. The best match fills the gaps of the other, encouraging them to their better self. I truly enjoyed Deklan’s gentle handling of Grace and all the ways he strove to make her comfortable in an impossible situation. This story delved deep into The Book of Love, really dissecting its principles and intent. Despite the intrigue surrounding the stolen crown and the hostage attempts, the story stayed on a clear path of connecting these two. The story truly succeeds in all the little details, the way Grace teases him and her strong convictions. A true treat to read.

Thank you NetGalley and Dragonblade Publishing for the chance to read and review this book!

While as a whole the premise was interesting, the book was fairly chaotic and I found grace to be very very annoying. Deklan was also weird, who announces that they've kissed a virgin to their mother and aunt? Like the chaos wasn't for me. Too much happened too soon and this was only 10% in.

The Miracle of Love had a strong plot, characters were strong, both were strong willed, they had their ups and downs but they were good together, the attraction was strong between them, their chemistry was steamy, they were made for one another. I enjoyed their journey.

I love this series! Deklan and Grace's book made a delightful addition to the series. The story was interesting throughout. It was entertaining, romantic, and intriguing. Meara Platt has became a favorite author of mine and I look forward to reading more of her books.
